Absolutely the worst people to deal with. Run don't walk run from these rude individuals. Used as an FFL and took the CCL classes. When I took the CCL classes a few months before it was four days of absurd stories from Marc the owners past as a police officer and little else. I should have learned my lesson but I figured it's just an FFL transfer right? Wow, how little did I know. They received my firearm and the owner made me sign the 4473 form before letting me see my firearm which means if something is wrong with the firearm there's nothing you can do because the transfer is complete. That's not how the process works. If there is something wrong with the firearm you need to be able to send it back. The owner Marc said before "we don't send anything back". Huh? Then I get home and notice he didn't put the receipt back in the box. I call the next day and ask to pick it up and his wife nastily says "thats my receipt, we don't give receipts ". I say again I need my receipt for my insurance agent. She then says he'll call me back. He calls me back and says just as nasty "we don't give receipts ". I said I don't want a receipt from you I want the receipt that comes with my firearm. He then lies and says he didn't receive a receipt. When I say "I saw the receipt in your hand", he then changes his story and says "we don't give receipts talk to the store" and refuses to give me my original receipt or even make me a copy for my records and insurance. My friend works at the store where I purchased it and sends the receipt with the serial number the date and his initials for my insurance company just like he always does. So I say to the owner Marc "I have a right to receive the receipt that comes from the store with my firearm do I have to call the police?" He replies " there is no federal law that says I have to give you your receipt. What? At that point I realized something is wrong mind wise with these people. I've never had a problem with any other store. MAXON and GAT guns always gives me the original receipt. I don't even have to ask they include it with the other paperwork. Just an unreal experience. Go anywhere else and avoid the pettiness of the owner Marc at this place. The reviews are not legitimate. If you don't believe me take the class or use as an FFL and see for yourself.
Just finished my CC classes with Mr. Marc and I have to say, this was a great experience. I really enjoyed every moment of these classes and I’m very happy that I chose this place. My wife also did the CC with Mr. Marc and she was as pleased as I am. Mr. Marc, not only that he’s a very knowledgeable person considering that he is an an ex army and law enforcement officer, but he also knows how to make the classes fun, making jokes all the time and keeping a very friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed that he put so much accent on SAFETY, all the time. Also when it comes about THE LAW ( which is very important vhen it comes about carrying) , this gentleman knows it by heart, that’s how good he is.
Mrs. Connie, same like Mr. Marc, is a wonderful person, super friendly and helpful, who will help you with whatever she can , along with this process.
I give 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to do their CC.
Thank you for all your help, Mr. Marc and Mrs. Connie.

I just completed a ccl class with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and professional regarding the subject. Miss Connie very helpful and knowledgeable also, they are making a great team. I will be recommending them to all my friends and use they're other services in the future. Thank you for everything
Marc is like a history/law professor when it comes to knowing about guns and the law, while at the same time stressing safety when handling a firearm. I took the 4 day class and looked forward to going every day. When it comes to administrative tasks, Marc's wife Connie is outstanding. If I could give this rating another star, I would gladly give it. Highly recommend taking this course in Niles--even if you never decide to carry a firearm.
Marc and Connie are the best. If you're looking to transfer to an FFL or take your CCL look no further!
Their CCL class is very detailed and will go over everything you need and I never felt overwhelmed with all the legal terminology because they were very descriptive and they made it easy to understand.
They made the two day-long classes very fun and informative. Plenty of breaks scattered throughout to avoid training fatigue.
From using laser-dry-fire guns in-class to live firearms training at a range the hands-on aspect is also very rich and thorough.
If you're looking to do any firearms-related transactions from FFL transfers, to CCL classes, to cleaning and gunsmithing, etc. you owe it to yourself to work with Marc and Connie. They won't let you down!!!
After completing my CCL training with Marc and Connie, I can say that this is the place to go for CCL classes as well as for other related activities like gun cleaning . Between Marc's overwhelming knowledge of the class curriculum and Connie's help with paperwork, I was able to complete the class and file all of the paperwork with the state in no time . Marc is a dedicated professional who teaches the classes in a serious manner with the greatest accent on safety , especially during range shooting . Shortly after completing the class I went back for a short session on gun cleaning and Marc patiently walked me through all steps . I will absolutely go back to Marc and Connie for any gun related questions and issues.
Very very highly recommend taking Marc’s course if you wish to learn how to operate a firearm and getting your CCL. He is professional and knowledgeable as you can get when it comes to have you any questions/concerns you have during the course. He makes it clear as day that he prioritizes your safety and for you to become an expertise yourself when it comes to operating a firearm. Connie as well is very sweet and made all of us feel invited. She also is an expert herself if you have any questions at all regarding how to process goes with the paperwork and how to maintain your licenses. Looking forward to taking different courses at this facility again. Forever grateful to have met and learned from them
