Carolina Community Impact provided me with funding for my small home care company. They have made an impact in my life and the community I serve. I'm grateful for all they've done and highly recommend!

This place is an absolute scam. I originally received my first phone call from Roxanne in November 2023 , she convincing me that a business loan would be great for my business and that I would have a mentor to help me throughout the whole process.She had me on 3way with another young lady who was also very helpful at the time. Once I started to send all of my legal papers and documents the communication became little to none. Roxanne had previously went over my credit with me and told me I was eligible for a business loan even though I had minor inquires on my credit report, so that encourages me to continue the loan. Roxanne then handed my paper work over to a lady named Britney Hines in Feb2024 who claimed to always be busy , in training or at a meeting , and anytime I would ask her the simplest questions she would take weeks to respond , or I would have to reach back out at a later time. She claimed that a document I sent was not all the way filled out meanwhile we are now in June 2024, so several times I asked both of the ladies to withdrawal my applications with my personal information and they insist on continuing the application and helping me receive my business loan. So I redid all of my paper work and resent my updated documents and now she tells me my credit score fell below the level needed to receive the loan, AFTER receiving my new update bank statements m, tax information, etc. which to me was not an issue, the problem was, why would you wait 7 months waisting someone’s time just to say you couldn’t offer them a loan. So now I requested documentation stating the reason why I was denied and that my information would be discarded for security purposes and Britney hinds said she would send her higher ups to contact me and as expect no one ever reached out to me. I wouldn’t trust this place and it’s tasteless that I went to this company for assistance and guidance to build a prosperous future for my business and they would treat me this way. Its so discouraging. If anyone needs to see receipts or facts about what I’m sayin I can post screenshots. PLEASE be careful with these places! CCI has been great from day one. It is so hard for a new business, but CCI understood that challenge and was very supportive in getting my loan funded. My experience with Carolina community impact was amazing and it was indeed one of the best experiences I ever had in my entire life I had a lot of financial hardship with my business and I didn’t know for how long I can keep up and I tried everything I can come up with for help but no one was interested in helping me because they said I was a sinking ship Until I reached out to Carolina community impact for help and I’m glad I did because reaching out to CCI was a game changer It’s amazing what they did to me and my business From the first day I contacted CCI and they all worked very hard to save my business and get me the help I need Roxanne and Diane was extremely helpful in making sure I’m retaking care of Roxanne was amazing to work with not only she was able to answer all the questions that I have but also she fix and solve any issues or obstacles that comes up Weekday or weekend doesn’t matter she will answer her phone call or respond to text I went from 0 hopes at all to 100% funded with sba for working capital and refinance debts , I went from a $29,000 monthly payment for business debts to a $2400 monthly payment Thank you Roxanne Thank you Diane Thank you Tia and Brittany Thank you Joe and thank you to the entire board members of the Carolina community impact credit committee I want to thank each and everyone of you Frontline auto sales will be forever in debts to you for what you did You guys are great Carolina community impact You made my dreams comes true Thank you
