My appointment was at 9am, didn't start the tattoo until 11:30 or so. I think my artist was having trouble with my design haha. But other than that the service was fantastic, they offer customers drinks and lollies, it was a good experience.

Our artists take as much time as needed to perfect each design, and we always allow time at the start of every appointment to refine everything properly before tattooing begins, so you’re getting the best possible result rather than something rushed.

My nephew and I both not locals googled tattooist in the cbd area and came across this place!
The online customer service I had while organising an emotional tattoo for us both, 100% (my nephews son had passed away)! We were asked all the important questions for what we wanted and needed, size, price the lot!
The hygiene and cleanliness of the place could not be faulted, the staff so kind and explaining everything they were doing to make us feel very comfortable. Both men Timothy and Javier both amazing and talented in what they do, i couldn’t have asked for better for us both.
My nephew was with Javier (what a beautiful soul) he was amazing with my nephew who lost his son 2 days before and made his chest tattoo more personable for him by suggesting ideas! He was spot on.
Then Tim also a beautiful soul, Tim was definitely the right person for me, I felt his kind energy, very supportive, suggested a better spot for my tattoo, so glad he did it was perfect and he put so much beauty into it and I feel baby in it when I touch or look at it!
The price was so good and an over all amazing, emotional experience. Thank you to all involved in our tattoos

I was nervous about a cover-up tattoo,so happy to have met Rhys, the vibe is so awesome,I think this is a place I would talk to before anyone else, amazing staff and hygienic Rhys chilled guy who knows what he's doing ,takes the time to see the bigger picture I'll be back for more , forever grateful

Possible the worst tattoo experience of my life. After visiting plenty of different studios around Brisbane I’d say this doesn’t meet anywhere near the standards of other shops
I requested a black ink portrait to match my reference exactly.
The hair is poorly done and does not resemble the reference, it’s a different hair cut. Stuff was added during the session without my consent. Shading was also added to the face that was not part of the stencil or my request. The face is inaccurate, particularly the nose.
There were also issues with the process. I was not given a proper opportunity to review the stencil before the tattoo began and was told to sit still instead and I had to go off photos he taken from his phone. I clearly stated I did not want white ink used, yet it was brought out towards the end of the session and I had to tell him that I don’t want it again
Honestly it seemed like he just wanted to get out from the moment he started. He took less than 2 hours and for $800 I’d expect more patience.
I attempted to resolve this privately and received no response.
With the outcome from what was agreed, I will now need to go after laser removal. I am seeking a full refund.
Was able to get a tattoo within 10 minutes of calling, Gia did a beautiful job and she was super kind, welcoming and professional!!

Service was elite. First tattoo so was unsure of what to expect, but desk staff, and tattoo artist eased any confusion/nervousness. Highly recommend

Needed to organize a last minute tattoo on short notice and CB ink sorted me out! Booking was super easy, staff are very friendly and the tattoo artist "I have forgotten her name" did an amazing job, clean neat lines and made sure we were happy with the design and comfortable, couldn't be happier!
