Our A/C went out earlier this week. Carlos got to us in a timely fashion and not only got us cool again, but diagnosed why our heat didn't work last winter and fixed that as well. All within about 3 hours and that includes the time going to get the part for the heater. He is extremely professional, explained everything to us, and was exceptionally priced. Hopefully we won't need him again anytime soon (no offense Carlos), but he will be the first call we make!

Our AC decided to die in the middle of summer. I called Carlos came out to our house exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our older unit and was able to source the parts and get it fixed within a few hours. Very pleased with the quality of his work. Will be using him again if we have any issues in the future.

Our central A/C & Heat blower motor went out when it was 38 degrees. Carlos came out the same day and replaced the motor with a new one he had in his truck. He cleaned the evaporator coils and squirrel cage better than any company that has ever been to our house. Excellent prices and maintenance and repairs are done correctly. Call Carlos for all your A/C & Heating needs. Take it from experience, Carlos is the best! A+

Our A/C went out today and first place we called said they weren’t accepting new clients. Caribbean was suggested to me by a neighbor, and thank the universe! They answered quickly, super friendly. Carlos was at our house within just a couple of hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and even better wanted to meet our pups. Had us up and running in no time and a very price. 10 out of 10. Carlos has saved us from the heat twice already this year. We are grateful to have him. He takes his time to really investigate what’s wrong when the air goes out. We were using a national AC company when the air stopped working back on a Friday evening in March and when we called them they couldn’t come out until late the next day. Carlos was at the house first thing the next morning! We won’t let anyone else touch our system anymore!

I had a company come out and charge me $195 only to lie to me and tell me something that was broke that wasn't I had Teddy come out and give me a estimate within two minutes he had my heating running my element was bad and unfortunately my system was old and was not available so we decided to put in a whole new unit he was professional did a very nice job had it all installed and one day I am very pleased and happy

Carlos with Caribbean Breeze arrived when he promised. He very thoroughly diagnosed the problems with my AC explaining everything as he went. He replaced two internal parts and cleaned the fan and fins. My Ac is responding well and is back to working like new! His prices are very reasonable. I’m so glad Carlos worked on my AC. I will be calling him soon for any maintenance work in the future.
