Dan was prompt at keeping me in the loop with all the warranty issues. He went over the top on a few xtra things he didn’t have to do. But will do anything to please and make sure the customer is number 1. I will never use anyone else to work on my camper. Once keystone that their issues together he made fast work out of repairing my tankless water heater

Had some work done on my RV’s A/C and lights, and Dan did an amazing job! He not only fixed everything, but also took the time to explain things and share a ton of helpful knowledge about my RV. Definitely a GOAT 🌻 I'm new to RV living (full time) and don't have anyone to teach me about things that go wrong with it. My heater stopped working in the middle of the night while it was about 40°, so I called CAVU up and told em what was going on and he essentially helped diagnose the issue on the phone and taught me something new! Also saved me a couple hundred $$$. Definitely a saint 🙏🙏 if you're in doubt, give him a call!

Dan came out and diagnosed a factory defect on my fridge. Didn’t wind up actually doing any repair work but he pestered the company enough to where I got a $2300 credit to buy anything I need from the distributer. I live with the defect. Thanks Dan

I left Dan with a puzzle on why my Rear AC stopped working. I’m pretty good about troubleshooting issues myself but this I gave up on and called CAVU RV. Dan did a diagnostic leaving and I agreed with him to replace the fan motor with an OEM motor and capacitor’s. This did not solve the problem (the AC unit is 6 years old so a new motor was a good thing). He quickly found a bad connection on the power to the AC which was sometimes working sometimes weak voltage. Dan kept me involved on what he was doing and was very professional. I would definitely use him again.
