Getting towed is never a great experience. But after an unfortunate blowout when passing through the debris field from a wreck just in front of me, I needed one. I called Caveman and Butch showed up within about 15 minutes. It was a tough location on a narrow shoulder near an on ramp. Butch was friendly, efficient, and professional and got my car to where it could be repaired and I was back on the road. Thanks, Butch. And thanks to OSP who pulled in while Butch was loading the car to help draw attention and slow down the traffic. I’d definitely use Caveman again.

I really appreciated the level of attention Jeff and John gave to towing our 35 ft motorhome. They were professional and friendly. They arrived the day after my call and kept me informed on their travel time to our location and about what was happening as they were hooking up and towing our motorhome. Caveman Towing picked up a medium duty (wrecked) bucket truck for me and delivered it to my property. Thomas, and the extra driver Patrick, they sent to help place it on my end were very professional, knew what they were doing, and had great attitudes throughout. They made a difficult job getting it on to the property and placed where I needed it 200’ off the road stress free. Had an outer axle seal/gasket that went out, Driver thought it was a wheel seal----possible other problems. Worked with Jeff over the phone to arrange towing and trailer storage for a few days. Once the truck was at their shop he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. New axle seal was all that was needed. Saved us a huge tow bill and got the driver going immediately. thanks for the good service!
