Had my BMW X5 serviced at Cavalo for the first time and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great service from the moment I arrived, including a coffee while I waited. I had a minor technical issue after the service, so I brought the car back to the workshop and the team inspected and rectified it the same day at no extra charge. Really impressed with their quick response, professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend Cavalo to anyone looking for a reliable workshop for their European car.

Recently had all four brake pads and rotors replaced for my Cupra, along with a brake fluid flush, and couldn't be happier with the service! Krystal was very helpful, polite, and quick to respond to all my questions around parts, pricing, availability, and organising a loan car for me. Thank you, Krystal! I was lucky to have Paul looking after me for the day! He was very courteous from the get go, walked through everything with me, and didn't try and up-sell or force anything unnecessary. I came with a prior quote for all four brakes and rotors, and he didn't just go ahead and replace - he checked the existing brakes and rotors first. I was provided with a portal that showed photos, measurements (and quoted a brake flush I asked about), and he called me at the same time to walk through the photos. I could approve or decline what I wanted, no pressure to do anything, just facts about schedules and what the minimum recommended thresholds were. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied! I've been looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to take my car, and I think I've just found it. They even helped to finish a mistake from a tyre shop. Thank you Paul and the Cavalo team, will definitely bring my car back here again! 😊
