Great quality windows at the right price, the fitters are friendly, efficient and leave the house clean and tidy. There is also no hard sell when they come out to give us quotes, hence the reason we have used them several times when we have upgraded our home. I highly recommend.

Window fitting We had new windows fitted on the 15th April ,the 2men who came were very polite and fitted the windows very professionally ,they cleaned any mess they made and left the house in very good condition ,would definitely recommend this company.

Above & beyond The lads that came to my home, was friendly,& polite, cleaned as they worked, put my blind rails back up for me after they fitted windows. Also hoovered lovely 3 lads. Credit to Castle Windows.. highly recommend.

Faultless Service Carl came to measure up and talk through the options. He showed me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, as a returning customer (I had a conservatory previously) which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract & fitting date. On the fitting days the 2 lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly. They put a dust sheet down to cover my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from the start.

Castle Windows built my conservatory four years ago. I was so pleased with the result that they were the only company I approached for a quote to fit replacement windows and glass to the porch. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options with me. He was able to show me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house on the TV screen, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, because I was a returning customer - which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract and fitting date. I was sent a reminder of the fitting one week before. Mr Saund, we have fitted a child restrictor which was on your contract to the front bedroom. You then decided you wanted two extra fitted with no extra cost to youself. We came back and fitted an extra one free of charge.You couldnt give us access to to the 3rd bedroom as it was locked. We came back again which there was confusion to the time so we couldnt get in. So now you want us to come back for a 3rd time to fit another restrictor for free again which I have replied there will be a £30 charge for this. If you find this un reasonable by ourselves then I dont agree. We have been accomadating as best as we know and we wish you well for the future. Many thanks Carl Hayward

Sliding door onto balcony We have used Castle Windows on numerous occasions and had no hesitation when we needed new doors onto our balcony. As always, everything was professional from the initial measuring and pricing up to the fitting and cleaning up at the end of the job. Rang Castle Windows who we have now used countless times and are always impressed with the quality of the windows, and the professionalism & quality of work of the installers. Carl came to measure up at the time agreed, measured up and arranged a time to suit me. Good communication with the office to confirm the appointment, installers arrived on time, very clean and tidy workers, very happy with the finished product. Nathan and Alan who completed the 3 day work on our house was competent, professional at all times and tidied any mess at the end of the day. They worked in difficult weather conditions to complete within timelines and we really appreciated their work ethic. We are over the moon happy with the new windows and doors.

Window and door fitting A professional service from start to finish, the standard of work is absolutely fantastic and we are very very pleased with the finished result.
