I have been in practice for over 20 years and adding Cash Practice has been one of the best decisions I ever made. Nothing comes close to helping our office add a system to ease the pain of the financial discussion with patients most doctors face. The support and ongoing training available is excellent and I am gratefull for my support person Lori who is amazing!

Cash Practice has enveloped seamlessly into the EHR system and made payment processes so efficient. The Cash Practice team has been wonderful to work with, are customer service oriented and have been exceptionally helpful. Team members made themselves fully available from the demo meeting and contract stages, to support us during the technical transition of the software into the EHR system, as well as the implementation phase into front desk operations. Care Plan Calculator pays for itself! I believe all chiropractors are on a journey to not only help patients heal and see miracles but that we also want to run successful, profitable practices. I've been coached by some of the best volume and collections coaches in the industry and the CPC tool allows me to have a clean tool to discuss financials, as you would get in any 5 star clinic. Since implementing the Care Plan Calculator tool we are charging more, discounting less and getting the YES at an even higher % than we did before....and I'm only using the CPC tool! I can't wait to see what else they have in store as we continue to refine our systems.

We have used Cash Practice on and off for many years. Cash Practice has really helped us discuss care plans with our patients, making them easy to understand with different payment options. Cash Practice has been so helpful for me and the clinic I work for. When I was a newer hirer, I was able to quickly grasp the basics of running a payment and other transactions because it is so user friendly! What really sets them apart is their amazing customer service. Anytime we’ve had a question, they have been quick, kind and helpful. I’ve recently spoken with Abby over the last 2 days and she not only helped me with what I needed, but she went above and beyond. She’d move her schedule around for us to make our integration easier, she took the time to walk us through every step and made sure we felt confident in the system, she is so knowledgeable, and is genuinely eager to help. My favorite feature is the templates, which we can go back and use for a variety of patients which helps save us time. Changing out settings and users is a breeze as well.
