Exceptional Training Beyond the Basics
Attending the Emergency Procedures course at CASE Training Academy was truly one of the most impactful training experiences I’ve had in my aviation career. The program is engaging, informative, and refreshingly to-the-point, offering real-world scenarios that sharpen decision making and resourcefulness in actual emergencies. It goes far beyond just checking a box, this training made me FEEL prepared.
What really sets CASE apart from the more commonly accepted Aircare FACTS and FlightSafety programs is it’s a FAA-Safety Team Training Provider as well as its commitment to safety, reliability, affordability, and course length. Honestly, after completing this course, I can confidently say I walked away with more practical knowledge than I did during my previous FACTS training.
CASE fills a much needed gap in the industry. They offer high-quality training that is both FAA-compliant and operator-respected, but with a fresh approach that actually keeps you engaged and learning the entire time.

Best Training Ever!
This was my second year training with CASE, and I can honestly say it was even better than the first. The content was completely updated from last year—nothing recycled, nothing stale. Every topic felt relevant, current, and directly tied to what we actually face as corporate flight attendants.
What really set it apart this time was that our whole crew trained together, on our aircraft. We walked through emergency scenarios in our actual cabin, practiced our roles, and came away with a clear understanding of how we work as a team under pressure. I’ve never had that kind of experience in a training before.
I’ve done other training in the past, and while it checks the box, the material was the same every year. Same slides. Same case studies. Same everything. With CASE, it’s obvious they’re constantly evolving and staying plugged in with the FAA and industry updates.
We all walked away from our training feeling like a more cohesive crew, and actually looking forward to next year!

The new Standard for inflight safety training, hands down!
I had the distinct privilege of completing CASE's inflight safety training program back and May and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. Jill's passion for aviation safety is unmatched in our industry and there is no stone left unturned that she doesn't address. Her decades of experience, resources in the industry, and up to date training information provide for an enlightening safety training experience with many "wow, I never thought of that" moments! Thank you for all you do making this industry safer and keeping crewmembers informed and reminded about all the safety requirments we must adhere to.
