Do not hire this "firm" for anything debt related. Paid for months with no communication only to find out the person that was assigned to my case had left. No one made me aware. Now they are finally looking at my case days before trial and I am forced to settle for the same amount the debtor originally offered. Stay away!

We understand that litigation outcomes are not always what clients hope for. However, after evaluating the facts and evidence, we were able to help negotiate a resolution that avoided additional court costs, opposing attorney's fees, post-judgment interest, and the risks associated with continued litigation. We were also able to have the principal balance reduced. The outcome remained favorable, especially when compared to the potential consequences of an adverse judgment.
While we cannot discuss confidential details of any client's matter, we can say that we remained actively involved in this case throughout the representation. Although one team member left the firm during the course of the case, the matter was promptly reassigned and continued under the supervision of our Managing Attorney and another case manager to ensure there was no interruption in representation.
We also want to clarify that the settlement offer referenced in this review was made before litigation began and was no longer available when we were retained. This was due to the additional costs incurred by the creditor to litigate this case. As litigation progressed, we reviewed the evidence produced by the opposing party, advised regarding the strengths and risks of the case, and discussed all available options. We never force clients to settle. Our role is to provide legal advice and recommendations so clients can make informed decisions regarding their cases.
