Rachel and the team at Solar Cascade did an amazing job on installing my solar panels. The design, time layout, installation, and inspection were all done very professionally. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner and maintained a clean construction site. Their design/bid included more panels than a competitor and was not more expensive, plus Energy Trust kicked in an incentive. What more could you ask for? Totally impressed and pleased.

Fantastic company! Very communicative, responsive and going above and beyond to get questions answered. They take of the customer from day one and talk you through all steps and what to expect. I had them install a Franklin WH battery to my existing system. Works flawlessly! Turned a 3 day install into a day and a half. Efficient work, friendly staff. If you’re looking, I’d recommend Cascade solar.

Cascade did an awesome job on our solar installation - they were very professional and communication was excellent. As an architect, I understand the process and care about the details. Their proposal was clear, pricing was in line with the market, they did great shop drawings, managed the permitting process well, and did a quality installation. I highly recommend Cascade Solar! Rooftop solar is a great way to take action against climate change, and it's a cost effective energy solution!

Over the past three years, I conducted an extensive review and comparison of various solar companies to find the best option for installing a solar system on my property. Ultimately, I chose Cascade Solar due to their competitive pricing and high level of professionalism. Tom, in particular, provided a comprehensive explanation of the entire process, ensuring I clearly understood the system without any pressure to make a purchase. The installation was completed in less than a day, and I commend David for his responsiveness and assistance. During the system walkthrough, Rachel was instrumental in explaining the system's functionality and monitoring procedures. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to select Cascade Solar, as the experience exceeded my expectations. You'll regret it if you don't talk to Cascade first.

Cascade Solar is a superior organization. Every person from the company that I met was smart, experienced, knowledgeable, and --- most importantly --- took a 'personal ownership' stake in my project. Those qualities turn out to be especially important when multiple entities are involved (power company, city government, Energy Trust of Oregon, the equipment manufacturer). Making the jump to solar can seem daunting and intimidating at first --- but with Cascade Solar handling all of the coordination and project planning as part of their service, I was confident that I was in good hands from the very start. Installation was quick, looks great, and I really love the system. Highly recommended.

Cascade Solar installed 23 panels on my roof. I'm generating my own power right now and it is so satisfying. The Cascade Solar staff was excellent beginning to end. From the time Tom came out to assess feasibility, to the proposal, to the install and the follow up. Quality company with a commitment to renewable energy. It is so nice to look at the app and see how much power is crediting back to PGE.

After Tesla (when they were still offering to install Powerwalls in Portland) balked at adding a Powerwall 3 inside my garage due to proximity to my property line, Cascade Solar was willing and able to get it approved and installed in my preferred location! Once the Powerwall 3 was available, they were able to quickly get it installed and up and running! It's been great! I would hire them again!

Tom and David were a joy to work with. They installed our system last year, a 14.4 kW, 36-panel rooftop solar array that has dropped our power bills to almost nothing. We exclusively charge our EV at home and have a hot tub too! Super professional every step of the way. Our project got done on time, on cost, and no problems more than a year later. Good post installation support too. Recommend.

We looked at three solar vendors to design and install solar panels and Powerwalls. One we considered was Tesla direct. Tesla direct was the least expensive of all vendor proposals, by quite a bit. However, Tesla's local design knowledge (setbacks) wasn't good. The max they would install was an 8kW system, and that was using 4 different roof planes. Cascade was the best value. They designed/installed a 10.5kW system using two planes and installed 3 x Powerwall3s. Great communication, from pre-sales all the way through PTO, and beyond.

Tom, from Cascade Solar, came to my office to assess our system installed by someone else whose customer service was as poor as the quality of the install. Tom was was so impressive! He not only troubleshot and fixed what was a very technical problem, he was thoughtful, kind, and clearly an honest person with great integrity, who put taking great care of us above all else. I just cannot say enough about him. I wish he had installed my system; I would have avoided so much grief. I have just recommended him to family with the greatest of confidence he will equally impress them. Thanks Tom! You rock!

Cascade solar was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. After getting expensive quotes from very aggressive, pushy large solar companies I got a recommendation from a friend in an environmental group I work with about Cascade Solar, a small local group. I could not be happier with their work. Tom Crowe worked  up the plan for the panels. He is extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions in great detail. Nicole Nicholls handled all the paperwork for permits and jumped through all the administrative hoops of incentive applications to the Energy trust of Oregon and the Oregon department of Energy which saved us thousands of dollars. David and his crew did a flawless installation. The Crew was very professional and friendly. They did an EXCELLENT job installing our home solar system. The installation was in June. Our PGE bill has been 15 dollars a months since. Communication excellent and timely throughout. I just cannot recommend them more highly

Great Solar Company. They did a Removal and Reinstall of my panels so I could reroof my house. They were a lot more accommodating with scheduling than the original installer, Tesla Solar (Solar City). They also cost less than Tesla.

Four years ago, David built our dream chicken coop off the grid. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. During the project, David was very open to design concepts and our evolving ideas. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to solar. We recently had a problem with our dimmer lights and I reached out to David. He immediately responded and came out to our house and took care of the problem. Can’t say enough about his company and the dedication he has with making sure customers are well taking care of.
