Beautiful Villa. Amazing Staff
I've been coming to Casa Yvonneka for 12 years now and there are many reasons why. The Casa is gorgeous, spacious, and has amazing views of the bay and city. A short walk down the hill and you're in the heart of the Zona Romantica with access to bars, restaurants, and the beautiful Los Muertos Beach. But the thing that really keeps me coming back is the amazing, attentive, and friendly staff. Casa Yvonneka is the perfect place for an all-inclusive PV experience!

The Best 10 Year Wedding Anniversary! Must Stay in PV!
We’ve been traveling to PV almost every year for the past 15 years, and we were married here 10 years ago—so we know the destination well. This trip, however, was hands-down the best PV experience we’ve ever had. Many in our group had never seen the villa before, and their reactions upon arrival said it all: complete awe. From the sweeping ocean and sunset views to the beautifully decorated rooms, infinity pool, and seamless transportation service, everything immediately set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of Zona Romántica, slightly up the hill. Yes, the walk down to the lower gate (open until 11 p.m.) is steep, and after 11 p.m. you access the villa from the front entrance, but taxis are only 30 pesos, and most of us chose to walk anyway. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and I’m fairly certain someone was in the pool for 10+ hours a day. Food-wise, we were beyond well taken care of. The staff prepared two full meals a day plus a snack (which honestly felt like lunch), and we were never hungry. While there was a menu to choose from, we went off-script a few times and the staff happily accommodated our requests. The absolute best part of this villa: THE STAFF. Truly a 10/10 experience because of them. Melana, Luis, Viktor, and the entire team—including the night staff—were exceptional. Anything we needed, they took care of without hesitation. Their hospitality was genuinely outstanding. A suggestion for larger groups: we were a group of 24 and highly recommend prepaying for food, drinks, and gratuities in advance. Otherwise, payments are made daily to the staff. This system worked incredibly well for us. We prepaid USD $50 per person per day for food and drinks and USD $25 per person per day for gratuities. After eight days of amazing food, drinks, and alcohol, we only used about half of our food and beverage budget—roughly $25 per person per day (about $250 CAD per person for the entire trip), which is unheard of. Melana provided a total upfront, gave us daily receipts, and deducted expenses as we went. Any remaining balance was returned in pesos at the end of the stay. There were some minor WiFi issues and occasional hot water challenges, but these did nothing to detract from the incredible experience overall. We truly hope everyone gets the chance to experience the hospitality and magic this villa offers. We can’t wait to bring our family here on our next trip. Thanks again!

Trip of a lifetime
I cannot even begin to explain what an amazing 6 days we had here! We were a group of 17 mommas, a moms group who have been together for almost 20 years! This trip was planned as a surprise, and we had used the word 'EPIC' many times when telling the group about the trip. And EPIC it was! This casa is stunning and the staff... OMG, we were spoiled and treated like royalty. The food is phenomenal... the views even more amazing... and our cups are full. We would absolutely come back here again for another vacation :) Thankyou a million times over.... Love the farfalinas :)

Top-tier comfort and service in PV
I recently stayed at Casa Yvonneka in Puerto Vallarta for the second time this year, and it was an amazing experience - beautiful views and outstanding service. The staff was incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and the outdoor areas, especially the pool and terraces, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for groups or special celebrations.

Casa Yvonneka is truly a world-class experience, and it exceeded every single expectation we had for a luxury villa stay. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway in Puerto Vallarta, this is the place. The beautiful space itself is a work of art. The architecture is stunning, offering massive, open-air living spaces and breathtaking, panoramic views of the entire city and Banderas Bay. The infinity pool is the perfect spot to spend the afternoon, and every room felt meticulously maintained and designed for comfort. It truly felt like living in a private palace. What makes Casa Yvonneka shine even brighter, however, is the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and professional without being intrusive. The chef prepared some of the most delicious meals we had all week, and the house manager made sure every request, big or small, was handled instantly. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them! Finally, the great location is unbeatable. Situated up in the hills, you get incredible views and privacy, yet you're just a quick walk or short ride down to the heart of the Romantic Zone and Old Town. We loved being close enough to enjoy the restaurants and the Malecon, but far enough away to enjoy absolute peace and quiet. We cannot recommend Casa Yvonneka highly enough. We are already planning our return trip!

For those seeking peace, the privacy and tranquility of the rooms make for a perfect retreat. For those who love to connect, the main floor is designed for easy conversation and interaction. Impeccable in every way—I honestly can’t say enough good things about Casa Yvonekka. It’s pure paradise.

Great place, great staff, handled everything we needed. 10/10 would come again. It’s up the hill a little bit so you may want to arrange rides to go back into town but that’s to be expected in PV unless you’re on the beach or downtown

This was the nicest place to stay for any of the 27 family members here. The house was so spacious and well-kept. The staff on-site were so attentive to our ever need and want. We were never without. We were never in need. We weren’t looking for any flaws and there was no point, because there were none to be had. Felix, malana, Toni, Eduardo, victor and Alex all took great care of us. The housekeeping was so nicely done. They have a system that works well with your schedule while not getting in the way of any of us. The food. Spectacular. So so amazing. No complaints about anything. Miss Yvonneka treated us to something special for my mother’s birthday. So thoughtful. She called to check in twice while we were there a week. Luis at mexi-travels was always available and able to help. We needed round trip shuttle service, a few massages, some items shipped back to us and more. He was never out of reach and always so helpful. Eduardo and Malana did most all the shopping for us that I could notice. We had one minor incident with an ankle sprain and they were back with a walking boot and scooter within the hour! Top-notch service, food, ambiance, views, comfort and more. We will try our best to make it back, thanks for having us!
