I am in love with my Nails 💅 thank you Sabrina 💕 and thank you Sawira for your gentle hands and to Balqees from reception for being so hospitable Second visit 6&7 December: Ms. Mouna.. is number one! Loved here service. She gave me the best hair treatment—it was truly amazing, refreshing, and perfect. She works with incredible passion and care and gave me some great advice for my hair. ​Additionally, I love my nails after Queen did her magical work on them! ​The overall service was excellent. Highly recommend both Ms. Mouna and Queen!

Initially, I felt like the staff was very kind and friendly. But after a little more than 2 weeks, the gel polish completely peeled off on one of my fingers. I was very busy during that time and decided not to go back or complain cause I thought “it’s fine, these things happen”. But then over the next few days more fingers started peeling off (I have attached photos of how it was in literally less than 1 month!), then I finally whatsapped them and they replied with “I don’t see anything wrong” and that their guarantee would only last a maximum of 20 days. Then, when I pushed a little more on whatsapp with proof that the first gel polish had fallen off in just over 2 weeks, they literally DID NOT reply. They just completely ignored me and stopped replying. To be clear, I don’t have a problem with the bad manicure service, sometimes these things happen. My problem is with their customer service and them just ignoring my messages. ALSO, their staff forces and nags a lot to review them (more than usual), I understand reviews are important but it gets annoying.
