☺Una atención excelente. Instalaciones supremamente limpias. El personal muy atento.
☹En la habitación hace calor en las noches. El ventilador no enfría los suficiente para la habitación con 4 personas. El acceso al hotel es un poco complicado por la entrada, saliendo de la vía principal. La comida me parece un poco costosa.

☹En el balcónse alcanza a oír el ruido de algunos camiones, pero en la habitación no se siente.
Como opción de mejora y en especial para los niños, se podría también ofrecer agua fresca, así como el delicioso café

Enjoyed our stay, wish the sleeping situation was a bit better but overall the staff and amenities made up for it.
☺ The staff was lovely. They were friendly and attentive. We loved the families and ping pong table. The pool was nice and the view is normally probably amazing but we had haze.
☹ It was incredible hard to sleep. You had to keep the sliding door closed because of the bugs and road noise. A screen would be good to you try to cool it down before you sleep. It was so hot and the main door lets in a lot of light because it's translucent glass. Non of us slept very well.
