estimado señor Arnaud, la habitación n. 12 es la mas barata de nuestro repertorio y evidentemente es una de las mas pequeñas del hotel, pero tiene dos ventanas y esta insonorizada , y por supuesto tiene agua caliente( en todo el hotel hay agua caliente ); no entendemos bien sus quejas y sentimos mucho que no nos hiciera saber nigun problema durante su estadia para haber podido resolverlos . Sentimos mucho que su experiencia no hay sido buena y esperamos volver a atenderle en breve para poder demostrarle nuestra excelencia.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Lola. From the delicious restaurant to the beautiful rooms, I definitely recommend a stay here. The service was great especially Jailer at the front desk who was so helpful and welcoming. Everyone remembered us throughout our stay and always greeted us in passing. The rooms were beautiful a den they even upgraded us for free which was an amazing surprise that added to our experience.
The only thing travelers should be aware of is that it is located in a very lively area. The bars are very loud from 12-4 am and it was often hard to sleep because of the loud music at night. That being said, that is not the fault of the hotel and just the burden of staying so close to all the action in Cartagena. Everything is within 5 minutes walk which is both a blessing and a curse. Despite the loud music I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and beautiful place to stay with amazing staff and a great restaurant just downstairs from your room.

Just got back after a weeks stay and found the experience wonderful. Any little issue was handled quickly and without any burden. The staff was phenomenal and they dealt with my lack of Spanish in a very respectful and patient manner which I appreciated greatly. Stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was beautiful along with the great terrace to relax on taking in the city’s vibes. The rooftop is amazing along with the uniqueness of the whole interior of the hotel. The restaurant is phenomenal and morning breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful. I’m an avid traveler who prefers high end hotels and will honestly say Casa Lola did not disappoint at all. Thank you to the staff for recommendations on places I should run, purchase specific items and arranging of transportation to personal requests.

Cozy yet undeniably luxurious, it sits right in the center of the neighborhood’s most vibrant street, while still feeling intimate and serene the moment you step inside.
Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully crafted, filled with beautiful details and small stories expressed through art pieces, textures, and design. It feels less like a hotel and more like a curated experience.
The room was exceptional, comfortable, elegant, and perfectly designed for rest after exploring Cartagena. We were also graciously offered a few extra hours for checkout, which made the stay feel even more personal and generous.

My friends and I had the BEST time. The staff were incredible...very helpful, kind, welcoming...we loved all of them. Hotel is very centrally located. The rim was so great and comfortable beds. Food was delicious at the restaurant and the drinks were great. I would stay there again and again. It was amazing!!!

Probably one of the worst "self claimed 5-star" hotels I have stayed all over the world. The communication via Whatsapp was slow and irresponsive, often requires constant follow-ups even for a simple dinner reservation which needs 24 hours turnaround to get a response. We asked for two extra little bottles of water 4x over three days of stay, none received. Front desk even called us to confirm whether two were enough, the water was never delivered to the room in the end... No slippers, no ropes, bathroom starts to smell like sewage if you run the water for more than a minute. We paid for 4 nights even though stayed for only 3 due to "hotel's requirement". The room is dark and dusty with no windows. If you don't specify a used towel to be replaced, they would not change your towel during stay. Please consider twice before booking.
Perfect Anniversary Stay!
The location was absolutely prime - couldn't have asked for better. We stayed in Room 6, which was perfectly positioned away from the hotel bar and rooftop area, making it nice and quiet. Even though our room was street-facing, the windows were perfectly soundproof and the nightlife didn't disrupt our peace at all.
The rooftop was a major highlight - two separate mini pools and a great bar where we enjoyed some Aperol Spritzes. The atmosphere throughout our stay was peaceful, friendly, and genuinely LGBTQ-friendly, which we really appreciated. We felt safe.
We didn't try the restaurant since we had other spots in the area we wanted to check out, but the staff went above and beyond in every other way. Kelly was especially amazing, helping us with an early check-in and upgrade for our anniversary celebration. They also helped us arrange airport pickup and drop-off, making everything seamless.
Honestly, we have nothing negative to say about our experience.
Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. The design and architecture is tastefully done with open walkways and rooms with high ceilings. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was so nice. Also has a roof terrace with two pools. Only negatives were room sound insulation is not great, diners and partiers could be heard downstairs and honestly the breakfast is a bit average.

Es un lugar espectacular hubicado en una zona muy céntrica en el casco histórico de la ciudad. En la esquina el famoso Cafe Havana donde se presentan grandes artistas. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola. It’s in a perfect location, a quiet oasis in the heart of Getsemaní and within walking distance to the walled city.
The staff were super attentive and helpful. We especially loved our server Anthony while we hung out by the pool! Harold, Christian and Jailer were all very nice too and provided us with great recommendations.
