Ever had one of those weeks where you kept having tire problems. First it was a nail in the tire, then the tire sensor failed and then another leak in the same tire. Throughout my three visits in one week to Carex of Carmel, Rob and Mariah continued to have a positive attitude of can-do. I so appreciate their expertise and willingness to fix my problems and all with a smile

It mostly a good experience except for the bearded black man. Not sure of his name. I was picking up my car after an oil change. He was not friendly and seemed put out to do his job. A call came in and he kept rolling his eyes while I waited for receipt which he could have handed to me and didn’t til finished with the call. He is terrible at customer service.

RUN AWAY! I took my car here to get the alignment checked out and made it was worse. On top of that they wouldn't fix it nor give my money back so I can take it to a shop that actually knows what it's doing. This place causes damage. DO NOT GO HERE

I have been coming to this place for over 2 decades. I needed 2 new sets of tires for my vehicles. Got a great price and was back on the road in no time. The manager Mariah is awesome. Her automotive knowledge and customer service skills are fantastic. The assistant manager Joe was very helpful and got my tire quotes in less than 3 minutes. Finally, Matt has been working on my cars there for years. He is a master mechanic and has never let me down. Great place that provides great service.

I have been going to XPress Pro in Carmel for a few years now and I’ve never had an issue doing business here. My most recent experience I was having electrical issues on my rear left side/high mount brake lights. Matt ended up servicing my vehicle with this repair, but I speak for their whole team when I say they treated me as a customer with honesty and respect. The initial issue with my car was supposed to run me over $2000 in new wiring kits. Matt and team were professional in not only fixing the problems with my vehicle, but being direct with the whole repair process. What was supposed to be over $2000 in repair only ended up being $400. I will always appreciate honest business and that’s why I’ve continued going to this location in Carmel. Thank you - Clint

Person at the front desk had an attitude. I just needed a spark plug reconnected, He wanted me to leave my vehicle for the day. This would’ve taken less than one minute to accomplish. Not helpful. Not friendly.

I’ve been going here for years (previously known as Car-X). Always great service, great prices, and honest mechanics. Oil changes….won’t be done in 15 mins, but I’d rather drop my car off and save $60-$100 than get a “15 minute oil change” that usually takes 45-60 minutes. Highly recommend this location.
