Update from 7/22/22: Called Carter’s out again because my tankless heater started leaking. Joe came out and diagnosed it, and was super helpful in assisting me through the BS I needed to go through with respect to providing the manufacturer with pictures of the heat exchanger after removing it (total pain) and I got a replacement sent by the manufacturer and then things got all sorts of crazy with UPS and the replacement arriving. Joe and Carter’s were SO helpful in all this by being super flexible about getting the new tank in. I called carters the day I actually got my hands on it and Joe was there that afternoon because he wanted to make sure my family and I had hot water. These guys are the best. God bless America and God bless Carter’s ,Joe, and the rest of their team.
These guys are ALWAYS great. I only call them. They’re always on time and all of their staff is just awesome. IDGAF if someone else will do it cheaper or whatever at this point. Carter’s has an awesome track record and saving a few dollars on this or that isn’t worth rocking the boat for.
Update 8/3/2024. I’m still using Carter’s and they’re still doing amazing job. They’ve been flushing my water heater and Joe and the team installed a scale cutter for me to help maintain the tankless heater and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Peyton came out the other day and was so helpful and was able to provide some really good info regarding some other issues I had. Thank you all for being so great at what you do and being good people on top of that.
Update 2/18/26. Carter’s sent Alex P. to help me with some clogged drains and as per usual they were amazing. Alex was super professional, on time, and solved the problem really quickly. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a house and found the sump pump was tied into the sewage line, I called Carter and had them send a technician out Brandon, was very knowledgeable, he spotted the issue right away, he came back four days later to complete the work and did a nice job correcting everything and I have not seen any issues. Very happy with how the whole situation turned out.
