I needed a replacement oil boiler resited into a adjacent room and checked out reviews and Carters stood out. From beginning to end I was dealt with very professionally with everyone in their team playing their part to make it easy and reassuring for me. Steve did the survey and really knows his stuff. The quote was clear and the job scheduled to suit me. Shane and Jack did a great job working long hours in extreme temperature conditions to get the job done. Their office admin back up is spot on, friendly, prompt and very efficient. I am delighted with the end result. I've had my share of dodgy and unreliable heating contractors in the past and this was different class. Would definitely recommend.

My wife insists we use only Carter's for any job, even if they are a bit booked up and not able to respond quickly. She just trusts them. And I have no problem with that

I can't recommend them highly enough. It's rare for any business these days to be as professional, communicative and helpful as Carter's are. You'd think it would just be a basic standard to care about your customers but it's become so rare that when you do actually find this from any company it's unforgettable. I will never let anyone else touch my boiler ever again since I found Carter's. They have truly earned all these 5 star reviews.

We’ve been using Carters for years. They’re so professional, thorough, and they do everything to best practice. They take the time to explain everything in detail and they send you documentation for all of their work. There’s honestly no one I would trust more to handle the heating, gas and plumbing in my home. They are very no nonsense, transparent and trustworthy. Steve and Fiona have very very high standards so you know any members of their team who show up will do a great job.

One of my pet pigeons fell down the chimney and was trapped behind our gas fireplace. I called carter's for an emergency service and they came out right away. My bird was rescued very quickly. I can't thank the company and our engineer Ashley Owen enough, I was quite upset and he was kind and understanding. Thank you for your fast and compassionate service!

Whenever I've needed urgent or routine plumbing they have always been super helpful and made sure I saw someone as quickly as I needed. I even called up at 3pm one day and they arranged someone to come by 4pm. Amazing team and very friendly and easy to talk to.

Well what can I say, Steve and his team are great! From start to finish the service has been excellent. After experiencing a flood and loosing my boiler in the process, Carters couldn’t have made the process easier. A friendly and honest survey to quote, amazing team on the phones who answered loads of questions, to the brilliant work in my home. I am so grateful for their efforts, they are not your typical tradesman who leave off at 3pm. They were all here working their socks off past 6pm most days to get me back to normal. Each of their team had a friendly disposition, that made me feel completely at ease with them being in my house for 5 days. The overwhelm and sheer emotion I feel for just how grateful I am for all their hard work. Thank you so much! Steve and Paul did a great job on my new/relocated boiler, and were mindful of the reasons for it when it came to positioning pipes etc. Helpful, friendly guys who clearly know the technical aspects of everything they install and are happy to communicate it. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers/heating engineers.

The best heating engineers in Norwich - 10/10. The office staff are friendly, helpful & always happy to help. You get text messages to confirm your appointment, and when the engineer is on the way with live tracking! Absolutely amazing. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable & friendly, I enjoyed his company and his quality of work. Dodgy advice given, never let on that your boiler was touched by a Boxt engineer (far cheaper, more efficient company) - it will cost you extra as they will blow their top, huffing and puffing, bad mouthing the company for taking their profits and won't be able to carry out any work but still charge you. They'll make up some problems that aren't there. Then you'll find out from other engineers that everything is actually fine. I wouldn't recommend.
