Yesterday I noticed that the valve beside the water meter outside our house was leaking. In the early morning I called CarterCo and spoke to Sam who immediately made an appointment for midday. Sam arrived at the agreed time, checked the leak and explained the work to do and estimated labour & material cost. The issue was fixed! Sam is very professional in his work. I highly recommend CarterCo. Sam for his excellent plumbing services and reasonable price. I found him on Google and read the other 5 star reviews. Sam’s the best! Fixed kitchen sink clogged quickly and working well , been a few days now. Also provided easy access junction in the backyard to ensure problems are easily identified and accessible in future . Invoice and quote upfront so you know what you’re paying for before job gets done. Great customer experience here and that’s what matters

Sam and the team went above and beyond to fix my blocked sewer. They first put the camera down to identify the issue and then proceeded to clear the blockage with high pressure water whilst also removing some tree roots. At the end of the job everything was cleaned and back to normal! Highly recommend
