An incredible team that are so efficient and knowledgeable! A leak problem that we'd had in our unit block for over 6 months with no solutions was identified and fixed within a week!! Yesterday I noticed that the valve beside the water meter outside our house was leaking. In the early morning I called CarterCo and spoke to Sam who immediately made an appointment for midday. Sam arrived at the agreed time, checked the leak and explained the work to do and estimated labour & material cost. The issue was fixed! Sam is very professional in his work.
