A routine but chaotic Windows Update was installed onto my PC mid-Jan 2026. Microsoft has admitted this update had serious issues. In particular, it wrecked my Outlook Classic email programme that I use for my business. Lee (Cartcom) rescued my situation with his professionalism. Summary of his work completed: "Looks like windows was corrupt for whatever reason, I don't know. Also the Nvidia Drivers and software were causing errors. Had to remove and re-install security and fix the windows issues. Re-enabled Windows updates and told to test see what happens. Job Complete. Lee" I'm pleased to report that since Lee completed his work around 2 weeks ago, I've had no further trouble. Great job :-)
I was very pleased at the speed and efficiency of Lee at Cartcom, to install this new laptop and Windows 11 in a short space of time. I was especially pleased then that he was prepared to spend time explaining how it all worked, to me, a technophobe who had been struggling along on Windows 7. Some minor problems still occur for me, but I feel confident that Lee will come to help again if these are recurrent and I cannot solve them myself, but each day allows me to develop my usage further.
Lee sourced and set up a new laptop for us. All done quickly and efficiently in his usual friendly and helpful style. Highly recommended.

As usual Lee was absolutely wonderful, quick, very efficient and he diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. I have been a customer for 20 years and the service is always great. I recommend him to others and they have without exception, also been pleased with the service from Lee.

After having a lapse of using my e-mails and changing my mobile phone I found myself in state of really needing help After phoning Cart com I received a quick reply and after explaining my dilemma I received a quick appointment, at which clear information and help was given with a lot of patience to get me going again I would totally recommend Cart Com and offer again a big Thankyou
