I would recommend Cartcom, quick collection and diagnosis of my old laptop which had a hard disc fault. Because of its age I decided to get a new one, Lee very quickly ordered me a new laptop and was able to recover all of my data. Thank you Lee

We were getting messed about by a national company. Lee was contacted and within no time was able to assess and rectify issues, sort out the management of the IT and has assisted with setting up our systems. absolutely first class service very professional and knowledgeable and patient!!! This was the first time I had met Lee who was recommended by a friend of a friend. He explained his services very clearly & easily to me as a non-techie person. We discussed what my expectations were in relation to my PC which needed an springclean. My equipment was returned a couple of days later & I now feel confident with a PC which is safe and secure.

A routine but chaotic Windows Update was installed onto my PC mid-Jan 2026. Microsoft has admitted this update had serious issues. In particular, it wrecked my Outlook Classic email programme that I use for my business. Lee (Cartcom) rescued my situation with his professionalism. Summary of his work completed: "Looks like windows was corrupt for whatever reason, I don't know. Also the Nvidia Drivers and software were causing errors. Had to remove and re-install security and fix the windows issues. Re-enabled Windows updates and told to test see what happens. Job Complete. Lee" I'm pleased to report that since Lee completed his work around 2 weeks ago, I've had no further trouble. Great job :-)

I was very pleased at the speed and efficiency of Lee at Cartcom, to install this new laptop and Windows 11 in a short space of time. I was especially pleased then that he was prepared to spend time explaining how it all worked, to me, a technophobe who had been struggling along on Windows 7. Some minor problems still occur for me, but I feel confident that Lee will come to help again if these are recurrent and I cannot solve them myself, but each day allows me to develop my usage further.
As always Lee was very efficient, quick and extremely helpful. I would never go anywhere else!
