I had an animal get into my car and used it as toilet. I worked on where I thought the smell was coming from with cleaners from the store. Nothing touched the smell. I Google detailing shops and found Carmel Auto Spa. I sent a message and heard back quickly. Hector, the owner, came by my house and inspected the car. He gave me a price and explained everything they would do to get the smell out. I was nervous, and was not sure he could fix the smell. I was wrong for worrying. Hector and his team did an amazing job. Not only is the smell gone, EVERYTHING was cleaned in the car. I'm not sure it looked this good coming off the lot.
If you need a master detailer who is trustworthy, and also performs magic, Hector at Carmel Auto Spa is your guy. Thank you, Hector for your help! I will be back, but just for a detailing job, no more animals in my car 😊

Hector did an amazing job! My Durango has a mirror finish and looks better than brand new!!! Hector came to the house to give me a quote, and also picked it up and dropped it off. Super convenient! Car looks amazing!

Very patient! Did a fantastic job! Explained everything! Price is very reasonable. Will get my car painted. Buffed and a ceramic coating done by them. Warranty is explained also per the services completed. Renewed my headlight covers, I can now see the rd.

I was in Indy for buisness, had a Sunday to kill so figured I'd get my car cleaned up. Found DetailMOB, called and found them closed. - talked with Hector the owner, he volunteered to come in and do my car, he did a FANTASTIC job on a ceramic coat and mentioned that he would be happy to do a "refresh wash" if I was back in town. Fast forward 2 months and I'm back in Indy, figured I'd check with Hector about a quick wash, brought the car back in, he spent almost 1 hr washing and bringing it back to a beautiful shine. The ceramic coat made my Tesla look better than new (seriously)
Couldn't be happier with the service and value for money spent. I will be back for him to do the interior. Hector is a perfectionist and will make your car beautiful. Thanks again for a wonderful job.
