Outstanding service from Rory! He patched up a burnt spot on our carpet and the result is incredible. The patch was blended so neatly into the texture that you can barely tell it was ever repaired. Fast, friendly, and fantastic workmanship. Highly recommended!

Rory came to my house today and expertly rectified a very bad carpet join between two of my rooms
The previous installer from Trevor’s carpets had refused to accept the installation was second rate, so I contacted Rory who was able to promptly fix the problem at a very reasonable price.
I’m so glad I was able to get the right man for the right job.
I couldn’t be happier.

Rory was extremely professional and knowledgeable, even going as far as explaining the tenancy laws to me and sharing an email with me should any issue arrive with the return of my bond. He also gave me the option of not proceeding with the repair even though he’d travelled over to carry out the repair. Highly recommended, 5*

So happy with the repair that Rory did on our bedroom Carpet. Whilst moving furniture, we pulled some threads in our rental carpet and was very worried how they would react. He did a wonderful job. The repair was hardly noticeable. He responded well to text and arrived on time. His fee was more than reasonable. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture Of the repair when it was finished, It was so unnoticeable I don’t think you would’ve really seen anyway

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Rory! He replied to my enquiry quickly, was able to fit me in the very same week, and was incredibly efficient. The carpet repair itself is flawless—you genuinely can’t tell where the damage was.
What really stood out was his attention to detail. After completing the repair, he noticed the repaired piece had come from a front door mat and insisted on using carpet cleaner to blend the area in perfectly. I was planning to do that myself after he left, but he went the extra mile to make sure everything looked seamless before he finished.
Professional, friendly, and takes real pride in his work. I would highly recommend Rory to anyone needing carpet repairs!
