We scheduled for a few whole house cleanings as a professional is required for these jobs. Luckily, we found the best vendor to date! Excellent quality of work, always great at communication and punctuality, and really good pricing. We always go with the best quote without sacrificing the quality of work. Needed service for carpeted stairs, halls, living room, bedroom, etc.
Thank you Celine and Signature One Realty Group Inc. Looking forward to working with you on future projects.

We requested for a professional carpet cleaning and power wash for multiple properties. Their punctuality, pricing, quality, and customer service are the best I've come across so far. I always look for the best pricing possible in my job as nobody wants to ever overpay while making sure the quality is professional and acceptable. I've worked with a lot of vendors, but honestly Carpet N Cleaning is the best one to date. If you've seen my other reviews for home improvement, always look for my most recent review (because that's who I'm choosing to work with as of current and going forward). If I kept looking for other vendors, then that means the old ones weren't doing a proper enough job or provided market appropriate pricing to keep continuing. Sorry David, I can't include pictures for confidentiality purposes, but I greatly appreciate your help. Talk to you soon!
Thank you Celine! We are eager to continue working with you for future services. Have a beautiful weekend!

David and Carlos are truly professionals! I had some pet odor issues on the stairwell and the landing areas, (which I discovered last night) and David and Carlos were so responsive. They communicate and provided with a time of arrival. They took their time, and even went of out their way to do extra cleaning on stops with stains and odors. Thank you guys for your professionalism and excellent service!
Thank you David! Pleasure working with you. Please call us for any future service.

Wow, a great experience at a great price from the really nice guys at Carpet N Cleaning Company in Canoga Park. They showed up on time to our Studio City home and cleaned 4 area rugs on site (1 large, 3 medium) in less than two hours! We're thrilled to learn they do furniture, wood floor refinishing, pretty much any surface that needs some TLC. We're going to get some stuff dirty so we can have them come back to clean again! :)
Thank you Diane for letting us steam clean your gorgeous rugs. We look forward to work with you in the near future. Tell Gigi your pet dog we will see her soon!!!

I was looking to clean my porcelain tile floor. Last time it was cleaned was probably 8 years ago. I found carpet n cleaning company here and talked to them early in the morning barely a few minutes after I posted the request. By 9 they were here, by 13:00 1200 sq ft were scrubbed, steamed, vacuumed and looked amazing. As if they were just installed. Amazing job, amazing service. Nice, polite and all at an great reasonable price.
I recommend!!
Thank you Eva! Please give us a call whenever you need those carpets cleaned. We're always here with whatever we can serve you with .

I called and spoke with David, we set up an appointment to come out and clean my carpets. We walked through my house and he gave me a great price and they did an amazing job. Left the carpets very clean and even with the rain and cold my carpets dried by the morning. They were on time, quick and efficient. I will defiantly call them again!
Thank you Willam! Please give us call whenever you need those carpets cleaned again. I will follow up with you as well.

I called David frantically looking for a last minute carpet and upholstery cleaning. He not only gave me what turned out to be an accurate quote over the phone, but worked with me on timing for the next day- even when I was running late for our scheduled appointment. He managed to accommodate my last minute schedule change and come later in the day, but I was honestly expecting him to show up with an attitude and do a half hearted job after my tardiness. Much to my surprise, he not only showed up with a smile on his face, but did the most thorough job I've ever had done. He spent well over an hour on just my sectional couch- every cushion, every side- even the one backed up against the wall. He offered a deeper cleaning technique for the main living area at a reasonable rate, but then suggested I do just the traditional steam in the bedrooms since they weren't high traffic areas and didn't need it. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me at all- just offer suggestions for getting me the best results. He really paid attention to those high traffic areas and stains and took his time on a Friday evening to complete the job with the utmost attention to detail. I rarely write reviews, but I feel he went above and beyond- not only to work with me and my scheduling, but to make sure he did the very best job possible. And was pleasant and upbeat throughout the time he was in my home. (which from 3:30-7:00 on a Friday night is a lot to ask of anyone!) I would recommend anyone looking for true professional, who takes pride in a their work, call David.
Thank you Ashley! Please give us a call whenever you need your carpet and upholstery cleaned.

I have a rental house with 4 year old carpet that was filthy. As I was getting it back in shape to re-rent several people including the contractor I was using to fix other things and a handyman told me not to waste my time trying to clean it because it would need to be replaced. Replacing the carpet was going to cost me upwards of $2,000 so I decided to call around to a few carpet cleaning companies to see what they had to say. Most quoted me about $250-$300 to clean the carpet. Then I spoke to David the owner of Carpet N Clean. He told me he would come out and let me know if he could really clean it. I appreciated the honesty. After inspecting the carpets David informed me that they could absolutely be cleaned. His price was a bit more than some of the others but I went with my gut which told me this guy would do a serious job. I also had him clean a floor made of Mexican Pavers. I have to give David credit. They did a good job. The carpet looks good, all the dirt was removed and the Paver floor looked great. They cleaned the grout which is the toughest part of cleaning flooring like that. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting their floors cleaned.
Thank you Steven. Please give us a call for future cleaning on your floors and carpets.

Amazing work!!! When purchasing a home, it is difficult to pace your self with all of the repairs and changes you might want to make... I thought I was going to need to spend on a new carpet immediately but thank to David, he made the carpet look new again! He steamed it and sanitized it... it even feels great. It saved me from making a huge expense! On top of that, he helped me by power washing the outside walls and windows- making the house look great!!
Thank you! Please give us a call for future maintenance on your floors.

Great company, awesome work! We moved to an apartment with a 5+ years old carpet which was triple cleaned but still had a significantly worn surface. Therefore I contacted some local carpet cleaning companies. However, this one told me they have a special bushing machine which makes better results than just steaming. I got an tea so able estimate and hired them. The result was very satisfying. The carpet looks not new, of course but thoroughly deep cleaned and feel good. To mention the guys are hard workers and passionate. They did actually more than they need to. Would hire and recommend them at anytime again, also for other jobs. Therefore, deserves full 5 stars.
Thank you it was a pleasure meeting you. Please call us for any cleaning service you need.

My floors are original to my 1952 home...they were dull and worn looking. Within a matter of hours they were restored to a beautiful golden tone with a high gloss finish. David and his coworker took the time to mask off the areas not being serviced and moved my furniture to do a complete and very professional job. I am more than satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend their services
Job well done!!!
