My carpets have never looked this nice! I have a naughty little dog that likes to urinate on my bedroom carpet. I have used another local service several times however, the carpet took over 24 hours to dry, still had an odor, and stains. After using Carpet Masters, the odor and stains are completely gone!! Had some spots reappear and they happily came back the following week to retreat them! Quick, Service and Quick to dry! Absolutely recommend!!

Service was not as expected, base on the Tile&Grout cleaning they show videos like the floor will be so clean without doubt but when they performance the job is not that way, still grout looks the same and they neither took a photo before start the job so can be compared when the job is done. They later explained later that every house is different but in the videos they posted not matter house dirty the floor is the results are amazing. I want to mention the my kitchen floor a was not really dirty I just want to clean the grout to look much better, and not was at all clean. As a customer I should not pay for nothing, the job was not done correctly. My advice to new customers take pictures of your floor before they start the job so you can take care yourself on this situations. Value is not worth it!

I've used Carpet Masters in the past, so I called them again for carpet & area rug cleaning, as well as dryer duct cleaning. After leaving a message on their website, Sean called me right back to schedule an appointment the following week. Colby & Cory showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote right on the spot and got started right away! They were finished within a couple of hours and did a great job! Several things on my to-do list, done! Thanks again for another job well done!

Colby and his assistant on time and got to work right away. After successfully cleaning our dogs favorite white wool living room rug, they then again successfully cleaned the white fabric cushions on our lanai furniture. The outdoor rugs were done as well and came out spotless despite the dust and pollen of the past winter. Before leaving, he found time to steam clean our kitchen tile floor. Good people, on time, competitively priced, and great work to boot. We will use Colby again - I highly recommend him.!

Colby from Carpet Masters did an amazing job! He showed up right on time this morning took great care of us and made sure everything was secured and cleaned up before he left. Our carpets in our living room Jeep seats, and other areas look brand new his attention to detail really shows. Great service, locally owned and operated, and someone we definitely will be using again. Highly recommend!
