Thank you Holly you made my daughter’s appointment really special! She has autism but really wanted the prom dress shop experience and we phoned the store to ask for a calmer appointment and they advised us that it’s better during the week and it was a really smooth process, they let her take the lead with trying dresses, they got her in and out of dresses as quick as possible as to not get to overwhelmed and helped her feel calm and at ease and she found her dream dress! ♥️

We visited all 3 of Caroline’s Prom shops, in all the staff were just wonderful. Special shout out to Holly at Knowle and Orla at Stratford. Also Caroline’s wealth of knowledge when advising was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend, beautiful shops and beautiful dresses.
