Zigi and John installed my solar tube lights today and I could not be more pleased with the result! I had one 14in installed in my dark windowless office and one 14in in my kitchen. I can’t believe the difference they make in the house. I was so happy!! I am so glad I had Carolina Skylights do this for me. They were so professional and courteous, knowledgeable about their product and cleaned up after they finished. The whole experience from speaking with Eddie for a quote to the clean up after installation was seamless and easy! I highly recommend this company!

100 % satisfied! We had 3 Solatubes installed by Carolina Skylights and the difference is night and day no pun intended. The Solatubes provide us with ample lighting where we use to have to turn on lights to have adequate light during the day. Don't hesitate if you need more day light this is the way to go and so much cheaper than a conventional window. Carolina Skykights showed up on time did a professional job and left the place spotless. We are so happy with the results we are going to have the come back and put two more lights in our bathrooms.

If you're on the fence about installing sun tunnels, go for it—they are 100% worth it, even if the sun's trajectory isn't perfect. They make a huge difference in the overall feel of the house. It has been almost a year since we had ours installed, and it is still our favorite home improvement project. The team was great, and the owner, Ziggy, was pretty insightful, and gave us really good recommendations. The installers were also thorough, they check the placemen of the tunnels to make sure it fit well in the ceiling, cleaned up after they were done, etc Overall, we're very happy with the results

We had a tricky 2-tube install through the metal/plywood roof of our 150-yr old South Carolina farmhouse. Zigi and his crew handled this job with great care and intelligence, avoiding the solid-oak rafters and joists to bring relaxing light exactly where needed in our simple yet (formerly) dark kitchen. After all our previous efforts failed, they have invigorated the one gloomy space in our home. Bravo, Carolina Skylights!

Because our master bath is in the interior of our house, it has no windows and we needed to turn the lights on every time we use it-day or night. We recently had Ben and Nikki from Carolina Skylights install a 14 inch Solatube with night light feature and are extremely pleased with it. In spite of the fact a torrential downpour started just after the hole was cut in the roof, the total install time only took about 2 hours. They finished the exterior part working under a tarp. They arrived on time and put a tarp under the ceiling opening so no sheet rock dust or insulation was left on our floors. We are very happy that Carolina Skylights was able to turn our very dark master bath into a nicely lit room that requires no lights to be turned on during the day.

Installation of solar attic fan Two guys came out yesterday afternoon installed the solar fan for the Attic within 40 minutes I saw a huge difference it sucked all the hot air out. The house feels more cool and crisp then before . This afternoon around 4:30 5:00 will tell the story whether it works great or not because my thermostat stays on 64. In the afternoon it goes up to 65 and I still have it on 64 so by having this solar fan put in my attic hopefully the temperature will not rise on my thermostat again. I will keep everyone updated. Thanks so much Rachel is a hoot. I wish everyone could be as kind as her. We surely need it .. I have a concern though the third picture and fourth picture it shows where they had cut out a piece of wood there near the fan I'm worried about leakage there. And there's another crack where they put in the blue plugs or nails as you see. I am Concerned of leakage. Besides anything else I'm hoping this will work.

Having purchased solar tubes in our Arizona home previously, we decided to go with Carolina skylights for the same brand install in our brand new home here in Leland. What a huge difference these skylights make in your home. They were installed in one day by Ben and his partner, who did a fabulous job. I was very impressed with how clean they were in catching the debris that falls out of the ceiling when they’re cutting the holes to go into your home. They were timely and professional. Absolutely recommend this company and solar tubes to people who have a home where there are dark interiors. See the pictures they speak for themselves. Ignore the mess as we also just moved in.
