When I walked in with my three year old they had music playing in the reception area with explicit lyrics. My toddler repeats everything he hears, and I really don’t want him learning a cuss word from a pediatric dentist office. Front desk Staff either didn’t notice or care about the music. Like other reviews here state, The staff was also insistent that my son be seen all by himself at his next visit. I’ll find a more family friendly pediatric dental practice. That all being said the actual dental care was thorough and Dr. Jordan and Raquel the CDA were great with my son.

We really like the staff at Carolina but our last visit seemed kinda hectic! The office was over flowing with patients almost as if they were overbooked for appointments no where to sit! I'll make sure we schedule a later appointment in the day hopefully to prevent this from happening on our next visit!

Simply fantastic. Incredible staff. Got my autistic 2.5 year old to cooperate which was a super plus. My younger child was vocal about his experience lol. Definitely coming back.

My kids have been patients for 13 and 8 years. We love Dr. Johnson and Dr. Morris and the new front desk lady Becky. What a superstar! Also Kimberly helped calm my little guy and was great! Jenny was also phenomenal! We love the practice! Also the insurance lady handled a very upset customer with such maturity and grace. And again the customer was then yelling at the front desk lady who also handled it well. The practice was busier than i have ever seen but I guess everyone was getting out after being shut in. Well done team!!!

Dissatisfied with my visit today. We showed at 7am for our scheduled time and my kiddo was taken to separate waiting room at 7:30. I was brought back at 8:30 with no acknowledgement of time we waited. We watched people who arrived before us get served and we are not new clients. The office was obviously overbooked, and I saw frustration of other parents. No regard to people’s schedules or know how on how to remediate. Checkout was also a mess and they were told we were made late. Terrible experience. I plan to go elsewhere in future. Beware of this shops operations.
