Carolina Bays Real Estate and Construction Reviews

David Ireson 2026.09.28

My experience with Carolina Bays Homes was outstanding. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the initial meeting to discuss my sunroom request through construction and post completion follow up, simply the best experience I have had with a home contractor, period. The work is exception and the team is the best. They turned my screened in porch and patio in a 4 season enclosed sunroom with mini split and installed Pergola over my patio. The attention to detail and quality of work is the best. I would hire them again in a New York minute without any hesitation.

Carolina Bays built a large art studio-living room and replaced our roof. Rob Clemmons and Aaron Wagner were communicative and professional throughout the entire process. It all went smoothly and Bob and I have no regrets. Would work with them again for sure. We love our room and new roof.

We could not be happier with our sunroom installed by Carolina Bays Homes. Rob came out within a day of us scheduling our first appointment, listened to what we wanted, took measurements, made some very good recommendations, then quickly sent us a proposal. The job was started on time and completed as promised. The quote was in line with other quotes, BUT we liked everything about Rob & his presentation! In almost 10 years of living in SC, we have never encountered a more professional, pleasant business owner. We will definitely use Carolina Bays Homes again and most certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do any renovations or changes to their home. Thanks Rob & crew!

We hired Carolina Bay Real Estate and Construction to enclose our 10x10 porch using Scenic windows by Larson, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Rob, the owner of the company, brought together an amazing team that was efficient, hardworking, and highly skilled. John and Christian, the managers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. We were truly impressed that the entire project was completed in just one day—everyone worked incredibly hard to make that happen. A week later, Rob followed up with a walkthrough, taking the time to explain how to properly open, close, and care for our new Scenic windows. That level of attention and customer care meant a lot to us. Our new 3-season porch has completely transformed our new home. It’s now a beautiful, comfortable space with bright white windows that feels like an extra room. We’re excited to enjoy it year-round—staying warm in cooler weather, comfortable during the summer, and protected from rain. Thank you, Rob and your wonderful team, for an outstanding job—well done!

Carolina Bays is a wonderful company to work with. All of the workers are professional and friendly. Rob Clemons, the owner, is easy to get ahold of with questions regarding turning our screened porch into a beautiful living space with double pane windows and an actual door. We highly recommend Carolina Bays for all your upgrades to your home.

We hired Carolina Bays to do my home extension project in August, 2025. The project has completed successfully yesterday with 100% satisfaction. Our new sunroom looks very beautiful. Mr. Rob Clemons, the general manager of the company, is very professional and easy to work with. All of his crew members are very nice and always on top of things. We had a such good experience with Carolina Bays, so we will not hesitate to referral them to our friends for their construction needs.
