I have lived in Slo for over 40 years and this is the first time I have had an auto repair business pick up my car and drop it off for me. And also charge me less than II have lived in Slo for over 40 years and this is the first time I have had an auto repair business pick up my car and drop it off for me. And also charge me less than I expected to pay! I have tried a number of auto repair businesses in San Luis Obispo over the years, but with the new ownership at Certified, they are going to be getting my business. Not only were they able to smog a vehicle that is difficult to smog, they also replaced my hood struts, my wipers, my hood latch, all at a very reasonable price. Delivering the vehicle back to my house was an added bonus.

Amazing communication, customer service and expertise is hard to find these days. Needed service on my trucks differential; TJ and his team assessed the complexity of repair and did the work fast for a reasonable rate. Wish I had an Independent mechanic this trustworthy in my home town. Don’t hesitate to use them for your auto repair needs.

Took car there to be worked on and fixed, they kept the car for over a year and a half with next to no word from them. Finally got the car back saying it was fixed but alas the car broke down on the side of the road, now trying to call them they are continuously hanging up and being rude trying to charge us money for giving us back a broken vehicle. Don’t go here if you want a car to be fixed.
