I went into Carmen jewelers today and was served by Sheel, who helped me very quickly with the repair of a necklace. I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. He was very helpful, kind and considerate, and it happened in such a quick amount of time I was shocked highly recommend anyone that is looking for a jeweler to go here.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience, at the midland store. Went in asking for assistance with resizing my Medical Alert bracelet as it was too big. Had been into other jewellery stores at the shopping centre all fobbed me off saying “ sorry our jeweller is not in today.” Paige was amazing, without hesitation, offered to repair the damaged link & remove excess links to make the bracelet the correct size.. She confirm & test fitted the sizing to ensure it was correct & I was happy with it. Even provided a little carry bag for the extra links to be stored without getting lost Thank you very much for the friendly customer service. Definitely recommend Paige and the team.
