This is my second time working with them and while the first time was very swift and easy, this time has been very different. I haven’t gotten a response from a real person in over a month. They took on my case and I don’t get any valuable information like I did before. This accident has been a major setback and I feel like CB and Associates are just giving me the run around.

They were very informative. They remained in communication with me throughout the entire process. They say they conduct biweekly follow ups but sometimes it was more like 3-4 week follow ups. They got me back way more than i anticipated. They were always nice and explained everything to me. I will recommend them or use them again if i had to

Carlson Bier Associates are such amazing attorneys. They actually care about you as a person and your wellbeing.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bier who is such a kind and straightforward man and Sandra who is also very kind and amazing at what she does. Shoutout to Jazmine the receptionist she pretty great too!
Some of the reviews I saw were complaining about how long it takes, but you have to realize it’s a PROCESS. If you’re looking for a 2 month turnaround you will be disappointed by any legal office you go to because it doesn’t work like that.
This office does not try to take advantage of you in tough situations. The communication is phenomenal and they are very responsive. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
