Amazing customer service! Carlingford Music Centre went above and beyond to ensure I received my item in time for Christmas. I placed an online order the week before Christmas and received a courtesy phone call letting me know that the item was in stock at the warehouse but not in store. They were worried I may not receive the item in time and so gave me the option to chose an alternative item that was available for immediate delivery. As a result, I received the present in plenty of time for Christmas. There are music stores closer to me but due to this excellent experience, I will purchase from Carlingford Music Centre again and would definitely recommend them to others.

When I serviced my clarinet, they didn’t do it right. When I went to go get my clarinets cork shaved at sax and woodwind they said that Carlingford music didn’t service my clarinet properly. They said the wood could crack at any moment. I got my clarinet serviced at sax and woodwind later on. I never trust carlingford music again.

Sorry to hear this Molly but we do appreciate your feedback from our competitors and we are always happy to learn if there is a genuine issue, we would have preferred to see these issues directly from you to have a chance to resolve any problems free of charge if possible? as we do have many different qualified instrument technicians available for independent opinions anyway even if we don’t see you again we are glad you are able to enjoy your music

Absolutely amazing! I was looking for an item (Tama TW2B) and couldn't find it in any physical or online store in the US. To my luck and happiness, I found it at Carlingford Music Center (Australia). From the beginning I was treated very well by Ned and the entire Carlingford family. I received the item in a few weeks (considering that I'm on the other side of the world) perfectly packaged and sooner than I expected! This is by far the best Music Store I've ever been to! Dealing with them was such a great experience as they are down to earth Musical Instrument Professionals with good sound knowledge. Our Daughter's Piano Teacher recommended we only deal with this store because of their expert, unbiased advice from a Family Owned Business. Our Son didn't want to leave the Guitar shop as the guys made him feel so welcome and gave him some pointers on how to start playing. We got a terrific price on our Piano & will definitely be back to buy a Guitar. Even after the Piano was delivered we were well and truly looked after with a free in home tuning and couldn't be happier with the sound of the Piano! You've got a Customer for Life!!
