At Carlden Health Family Clinic, Dr. Dorcas is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. From my first visit, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. She takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The appointment wasn’t and made sure all my concerns are addressed. I was able to set an appointment and got in immediately after setting my appointment. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Carlden Health Family Clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring primary care physician!

Today was my initial visit at Carlden Health Family Clinic. The staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease when walking in. Not long after checking in I was greeted by Dr. Dorcas who was extremely courteous and professional. She did not rush through my appointment, she was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I am a new patient at the Carden Health Family Clinic but I can profoundly attest that NP Dorcas is an excellent PCP. My questions were met and not dismissed unlike previous experiences I’ve had. She was so kind in nature that I didn’t feel conflicted on sharing any medical concerns that I have. I did not feel rushed one bit! I had so many detailed answers to my concerns and I know more about the next steps in making sure my health is in good standing.
The receptionist, Daniel, was so kind too. He made sure that I had everything with my insurance settled before my appointment and it was so easy to book my next one. I know that the clinic definitely values patient care as they preface everything to make sure that you’re involved in your own health!
I love the decoration and essence of the office, amazing cleanliness! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Staff were very nice - kind enough to come and “rescue” me from the parking lot when I got lost! Nurse Dorcas was amazing, easy to talk to and very patient. One of the best office experiences I’ve had thus far for sure.

Dr Acheampong Is very professional. She listens intently to the patient and addresses every concern. She is dedicated to addressing the root cause of problem and not just satisfying the symptoms. I would definitely recommend this practice. .
