I highly recommend Caring Senior Services in Waco, TX. My husband was quite ill for some time. He is a below the knee amputee, and recently started dialysis. He was bedridden for about 3 months. I realized I was not able to give my husband the 24 hour around the clock care that he needed, and had terrible experiences with senior inpatient rehabs before, so a caseworker recommended Caring Senior Services in Waco, TX. I was a bit reluctant but finally conceded. I should have contacted them earlier. Dustin and Brittany came out to my house within 24 hours of my call. They are both very professional and very helpful. They spoke to my husband, assessed his needs, and had a great caregiver for me within 24 hours. Brittany (manager) is fantastic with following up to make sure that all is well, and is quick to return any calls. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. My husband’s caregiver Tia was amazing. I felt very comfortable with her in my home. She was very caring, attentive, punctual, and above all dependable. My husband felt very comfortable with her. It was December, so she spent hours wrapping presents with my husband. Her communication with me was also amazing.. This service is a lot more affordable than I thought. They really are great.

Iris and I have known each other for a few years going to the same church. When I moved to the same apartment complex we really begin to bond. She has become my best friend. We laugh together and share our hurts also. I have never had a friend as dear as she is to me. She does a great job of cleaning my apartment and taking where ever I need to go. Also always has a smile and thinks of others. We get together on Saturday and share our thoughts and pray together. To me she is my sister in Christ.

Can not express how wonderful and caring this group is. From owner to director, Case Supervisor to aide attendant, could have asked for a more attentive, caring providers. I highly recommend the agency for all in home care needs.

The Office staff has always been so kind and Professional. They Are not like other Aged care businesses just throwing warm bodies in a home They take the time to Match a Caregiver with a Client that meets their Skill and Knowledge so that way Every one feels comfortable that the best Care is being provided. I was looking for someone to help with my 99-year-old Dad (WW II Vet) still at home. I hit the jackpot. The staff at Caring Senior Service are so friendly and easy to work with. It took us a few caregivers to go through to find the right match. After we did it was good from then on. They worked with us easily on arranging schedules for Appts. Etc.. I could call and get things changed without any problems. I really want to Thank Lola and Dustin and our caregiver Aneta for their compassion for helping people. They went above and beyond to do that with my dad.

My name is Jane Barr. CARING SENIOR SERVICES graciously cared for our dad for a long time and our entire family was more than pleased with their services. We couldn't have asked for a better caretaker than Aneta for our dad at his home. They were standing with us to the very end when he died at home at the age of 100. Dustin visited with dad on several occasions and assisted us with getting more funding from the VA. Their entire company was compassionate, reliable, professional, and extremely caring.

Caring Senor Service did an excellent job with caring for my Mom. The staff who assisted with my mother were kind and warm and took very good care of her. The management team were excellent at overseeing the needs and requests that we had for Mom and always avaliable when needed.

Caring Seniors Service in Waco was the absolute best at providing services like personal care, light housekeeping, etc. for my loved one after surgery. They provide staff who are warm , friendly, and understand/accommodate the needs of the patient. I will most definitely use them again if services are needed in the future!
