I would like to share the excellent of Tosha work ethics. Tosha has a very positive outlook towards her job. She made Mrs. Torres very comfortable. She went above and beyond her duties. All of us are very grateful for someone like her. Mrs. Torres was moved from her home to a full time nursing home. On one of my visits Tosha was checking in as I was leaving. That was a moment that I knew Tosha has true caring of her patients. My family was very fortunate to have someone like Tosha to look after our mom. Much Appreciation for her work and demeanor and the true caring nature that not too many people exhibit. Thank you.

Reliable, professional transportation and support for an outpatient surgical procedure! It was easy to arrange the assistance I needed with Caring Senior Service. Those who provided help were responsive to my needs and flexible in dealing with the bumps in the road that come when dealing with a large healthcare system. I highly recommend CSS and will use them again when the need arises.

This place is not who they say they are. My husband has dementia and they lied to me. They told me that all their caregivers would be trained in dementia/Alzheimers care, then they sent a young woman in her early 20s who had NO experience with dementia patients. So I had to teach her. Then they were like clock Nazi’s when it came to the hours of this young caregiver—plus, my job is super flexible and they were not. It’s not my job to know their scheduling rules—and clocking in and out rules—yet they acted as if I should. I would not recommend this organization. They talk a good talk, but that’s all it is.

Hi Danielle, we are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. It sounds like there was miscommunication regarding the experience of our caregivers. Not all of our caregivers have experience with dementia. We hire caregivers with a CNA license or at least 1 year of working with seniors. We do our best to match each caregiver with the client's needs. But, it sounds like we may have missed the mark in matching the right caregiver to your husband. However, we agreed to swap out caregivers when we learned that it wasn't a good match.

In regards to the caregiver schedule, we called when we saw that the caregiver was clocking in/out outside of the scheduled times. We do this to make sure we are billing the correct hours and to make sure we are meeting the client's needs. We were initially unaware of your request for some extended hours and that the caregiver's hours shifted slightly to accommodate bus schedules. We did not mean to seem overbearing. However, correct documentation of hours is crucial to our business. We can certainly be flexible with hours, but our office staff needs to be aware of changes to the schedule to ensure accurate billing for you and pay for our caregiver. Again, we are sorry that we missed the mark. We would love to make it up to you.
