I have had the pleasure of employing the staff at Caring Senior Services to assist my parents through recent injuries. In every scenario, I found all staff to be professional, informed, personable and dependable. True to their name, staff also genuinely care about the people they serve. Additionally, care for parents or the elderly changes from day to day with sudden and unpredictable escalating or diminishing needs. Caring Senior Services responds to these ever-changing needs consistently. I highly recommend Caring Seniors Services.

We hired Caring Senior Services to care for my Father shortly after his wife of 20 years had passed away. My Father was not in very good shape physically and emotionally after his wife's passing. I was looking for an agency that could take care of my Father's functional needs as well as provide him company and emotional support. CSS assigned Sulema as his caregiver and it has proven to be an excellent fit. Sulema has provided excellent care to my Father over the past four months. She genuinely cares for my Father's well being. She goes to his doctors appointments and is there to listen and be an advocate for him. As a result, my Father's physical, emotional and mental health has improved tremendously. While my Father still needs in home assistance, his overall quality of life has improved thanks to the care and attention he has received from Sulema. I appreciate CSS and their staff for taking good care of my Father in his Golden years.

The caregivers we have are very professional, caring. Nothing is too much for them to do for us. Bathing, preparing meals, toileting, grocery shopping, laundry and more.
My husband and I have had a very positive experience with this company. It was the best decision I made to hire them. They not only care for my husband but give me much needed time to run errands and attend appointments for myself.

Caring Senior Services was there for our family when we needed them most. They provided great 24 hour care for my mom after an injury. The staff provided kind, respectful care. The directors were able to provide staff support on very short notice taking into consideration our needs and concerns. Thank you.

I recently needed care for my parents who have dementia for two weeks while I made arrangements to move them to memory care. Caring senior citizens saved us with their efficiency and professionalism. They were there for mom and dad and the kept me calm with frequent updates. We got the opportunity to meet Crystal and she was so good with my mom! I won’t lie it was costly but worth every penny to know mom and dad were safe!

You may feel no one is good enough to care for your mom, but no one comes closer than Caring Senior Service. I had tried convincing my mom for months for around the clock care. Then came an emergency during Thanksgiving 2017 and I called Caring Senior Service. They were able to find excellent caregivers immediately. Note, I live over 500 miles away and they were just a call away. I was very impressed by the quality of their care. They helped my mom with everything. They went way beyond what I expected with everything, from staying up all night with her to calm down her anxiety, taking her to the grocery store and patiently helping her with her shopping, and taking her to her doctor appts, even one appointment in San Antonio! Since I couldn't be there for all doctor appointments, they took excellent notes and reviewed them with me. I highly recommend them!!!!
