We have used Caring Senior service to help with my Mom, age 98 for over a year. She lives with us, and needs assistance with various tasks, personal care, shopping and errands. CSS has been a lifesaver. They do not changed caregivers from one time to the next. Mom has always had the same caregiver on a regular schedule and she has become a good family friend. If extra help is needed, though, CSS will provide whatever we need. Because of CSS, Mom has been able to live independently and we have been able to travel, work and live normal lives without worry. Administrative staff is friendly and accommodating.

This company is all about making money and does not care about the clients. Caregivers have told the bosses time and time again what goes on in the homes and they get mad at the wrong person. They won’t look into the situation, just ignore what has been told to them. There has been caregivers getting drunk on the job WITH the client, and the boss Amanda made excuses for the caregiver and kept her in the home. There has been animal feces everywhere in someone’s home and instead of telling the caregivers what their job roles included, and approaching the situation in a serious matter, they were told GOOD JOB. Also not to mention I guess it’s okay to allow your boyfriends into the home and everyone takes naps, this was reported to Nicole Lalicker and she did absolutely nothing about it. They let people slack off and run a muck in these clients homes and I hope someone finally realizes what is going on. They have ran off every good employee and office staff such as Bailey Chavez and now everything is going down hill.

I have worked for the company for three months and have to say the owner is one of the best bosses. My coworkers are very well trained educated, and we work as a team to provide the best care for our clients.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caring Senior Services Company's office, and let me just say, Bailey, and Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were so eager to help.
Bailey was incredibly friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly, gave me all the information I needed, and even offered me a Water and a snack while I waited. Her professionalism and attentiveness really made me feel welcome.
I interacted with several members of the office staff throughout my visit, and they were all so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
One thing that really impressed me was how well the office staff communicated with each other. They worked together as a team, supporting and collaborating to provide the best service possible. You could tell they genuinely cared about their work and making their clients happy.
Not only was the staff amazing, but the office itself was also well-kept and organized. It was clear that they took pride in their workspace, which added to the overall positive experience.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Bailey and Nicole at caring senior services Company. They are professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent service. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing their services.

Although the girls that they send a very nice, they are also inexperienced. Most of them just sit around even though they have a list of chores or things to do when I first signed up they did a safety check my house and recommend a grab bar in the shower. I submitted all the information needed to install it for my safety and after seven weeks I still have not received it I’ve even offered to pay for it. It just has to be a licensed contractor none of the girls know how to cook, the one girl who knew how to cook I specifically asked for her back and they never sent her. I’m totally disappointed in the service. In addition, they have used my credit card without permission even though they claim I gave them permission, but have failed to present proof now they claim because I constantly changed schedules, which is why they couldn’t assign people. Meanwhile, I have the same schedule 10 AM to 2 PM and all three people that they sent to me. They told me they were new, now they’re claiming I made verbal threats to numerous employees which is an absolute lie I don’t know what is wrong with the Management that they would lie about stuff like this as for the women that they sent here they were absolutely outstanding very nice very nice personality not too good at some of the stuff they were assigned to do, but they were very nice people unlike my constant dealings with management

Hi Doug, our team has many years of experience caring for seniors ,and we are sorry that you don't feel like you got excellent care. Part of our process is to match each client to a caregiver. However, due to your continual cancelling of shifts, it was challenging for us to find the right fit. We try to have a consistent schedule for our caregivers and clients to make sure both are happy. While we wanted to schedule the caregiver you requested with you, we had to prioritize her to other clients because of your cancellations.
Regarding grab bars, we did help you apply for free grab bars through our non-profit partner, Close the Gap in Senior Care. Unfortunately, we don't have any insight into the approval and installation process. But we do hope your grab bars can be installed soon.

This company is the best in Amarillo. The Caregivers are the most compassionate, trustworthy, and kind people. Not to mention the ladies who run the business. They are always ready to answer any questions I've had and so patient. 10 out of 10 best in Amarillo :)

Jentry, thanks so much for the review! We try our best to make sure that every senior we serve receives exceptional care and be a resource for families with aging loved ones.
If you need a warm body to accompany your loved one, this agency might suffice. If you are looking for someone that actually cares and will provide consistent staff that don’t sleep on the job you might want to move on. We hired them for three months through the final steps of my father’s life. During those three months we had at least twenty different shift workers because staff kept moving and shifting. We kept asking for a schedule of consistent workers and by the time they responded it would already not be accurate. The overnight staff slept through the night and I would arrive in the morning to find him laying in a bed he had wet, of course with all lights out and the worker asleep. After my father died hey never made contact with me, at least until they needed still more money two months later. This review is more than a bad recommendation. It is a statement of how uncaring a business can be during and after the death of a parent and loved one.

We are sorry that you had such a negative experience working with us. We are usually known for our exceptional service. Due to the nature of our business, it can often be difficult to schedule consistent caregivers. However, we consistently worked with your family to provide care whenever possible. In regard to the overnight staff, that incident only occurred once during the time we provided services and we terminated the caregiver immediately. We believe that we did everything we could to provide quality care for your father.
Living 500 miles from my 88 year old dad with dementia has been doable only because of Caring Senior Service. They have been so helpful in every aspect of taking care of my dad, from doctor’s appointments, fixing meals, cleaning his home, taking care of his cat to visiting with him daily. Althea has been an angel in every way.
