Wonderful care takers, completely smooth and prompt company. Would highly recommend

Should have an option to give zero stars!!! This company is BAD news, worked for them for a short period of time the manager was rude and treats staff like garbage! Also they hire just about anyone, went into a clients home that was completely trashed, looked like a hoarders house and they had staff going in there everyday and it smelled so terrible other staff wasn’t cleaning, managers would do “checks” and wouldn’t do anything about the homes being a mess, and left the home so gross for the client, food on kitchen counters, not the proper care for a patient with Alzheimer’s. Wouldn’t do tours of homes for random patients would just say “this is the address figure it out” basically. When something would happen with a client the office would do NOTHING! Not anything, no communication with the family. Treated staff like crap when they he meetings, had “favoritism” when it came to some staff. No communication with clients families with anything they were nothing but terrible. Never would recommend this company to do in home care EVER.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caring Senior Services Company's office, and let me just say, Bailey, and Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were so eager to help. Bailey was incredibly friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly, gave me all the information I needed, and even offered me a Water and a snack while I waited. Her professionalism and attentiveness really made me feel welcome. I interacted with several members of the office staff throughout my visit, and they were all so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. One thing that really impressed me was how well the office staff communicated with each other. They worked together as a team, supporting and collaborating to provide the best service possible. You could tell they genuinely cared about their work and making their clients happy. Not only was the staff amazing, but the office itself was also well-kept and organized. It was clear that they took pride in their workspace, which added to the overall positive experience. I honestly can't say enough good things about Bailey and Nicole at caring senior services Company. They are professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent service. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing their services.

Caring is a great company to work for they are amazing at taking care of not only there clients but also us Caregivers!!

I have worked for this company multiple times. I love that 90% of the time office staff comes and introduces me to a new client.

They don't hire people who has mug shots over none dangerous traffic ticks. . . She made me feel like It was a theft,drugs,fraud or something I haven't been in jail since I was n my 20 a young adult for not haven't a drivers license back then. I Don't have felony's or anything harmful on my back ground but bailey said I did just because they didn't think I would accept not being rehired from years ago, I would have accepted that better then having a bad record.. It's not what you say or do it's how u do it ... I've never been told that . All she had to do was say we going to move forward and not RE-HIRE YOU BACK. I'm not simple or stupid for sure bailey ..... Dnt try and make it seem like I A black women have a bad recorded and can't be hired I've done more then you'll ever know in nursing, home health, hospice plus some . . . . . . I'll never respect that company for that. And if there is a way I will take this further for discrimination. I don't have to work I have a wonderful BLACK KING who take care of home so u didn't hurt me you just pissed me off.

This is such an amazing company! They go so above and beyond for the caregivers and clients!

Although the girls that they send a very nice, they are also inexperienced. Most of them just sit around even though they have a list of chores or things to do when I first signed up they did a safety check my house and recommend a grab bar in the shower. I submitted all the information needed to install it for my safety and after seven weeks I still have not received it I’ve even offered to pay for it. It just has to be a licensed contractor none of the girls know how to cook, the one girl who knew how to cook I specifically asked for her back and they never sent her. I’m totally disappointed in the service. In addition, they have used my credit card without permission even though they claim I gave them permission, but have failed to present proof now they claim because I constantly changed schedules, which is why they couldn’t assign people. Meanwhile, I have the same schedule 10 AM to 2 PM and all three people that they sent to me. They told me they were new, now they’re claiming I made verbal threats to numerous employees which is an absolute lie I don’t know what is wrong with the Management that they would lie about stuff like this as for the women that they sent here they were absolutely outstanding very nice very nice personality not too good at some of the stuff they were assigned to do, but they were very nice people unlike my constant dealings with management

I love working for this company. They treat their clients and caregivers great. Keep up the good work.

This company is the best in Amarillo. The Caregivers are the most compassionate, trustworthy, and kind people. Not to mention the ladies who run the business. They are always ready to answer any questions I've had and so patient. 10 out of 10 best in Amarillo :)

This is a wonderful Company to work for. They take good care of their Caregivers. And in turn, the Caregivers take good care of their Clients.

Put in an application for this place and the lady Debbie was extremely rude, I had to change my interview for a different day since I didn’t have anyone to watch my kids and she had the audacity to ask me if my kids were always going to be a problem. (I was only hoping to work weekends) this place is not worth putting an application in specially when you get treated with disrespect.

I interviewed with this place and they had the audacity to complain about the unemployment benefits but refuse to pay a livable wage to people. 8 or 10 dollars an hour? What a joke!!!! Unprofessional. I left there disgusted and would rather be homeless than work for them. It is not the benefits that are keeping people from working for you. Pay better!!!!!! We are woke!!!!!
