The young person, whose name I didn't catch, who ran all of my tests before my examination was thorough, empathic, gentle, kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me without condescension. I feel confident that my prescription will be just right for me, and all of my health concerns were addressed. They don't make healthcare workers quite like that anymore. The medical profession should clone that individual. I hope they advance in their career.
I've had three visits at this practice at this point. They have checked my vision/prescription for eyeglasses, treated me for chronic conjunctivitis/ocular rosacea, and evaluated me for glaucoma. Each person I have encountered has been professional and knowledgeable. It has generally been easy for me to get an appointment within just a few days
