I decided to have an appointment with Hadley as I have been in pain on my right shoulder for years, which has dramatically increased. Hadley performed an ultrasound scan which made a difference to know what was really going on with my shoulder. I found Cariad Health thanks to a collegue and I can't express enough how much it has helped me. Hadley is very friendly, explains everything to detail and appointments are very quick. Started treatment at Weston super mare site due to injury to my back in the gym was handled very professionally and with care fantastic knowledge will Barber fixed my back within a matter of weeks continuing to go for regular sessions to stretch out muscles and relieve tension in the joints highly recommend

I had been in immense pain due to sciatica, barely able to stand straight and even walking was a chore, this not only impacting me physically but also mentally. I then found Cariad Health and with the help and support from Hadley-James I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! I am now walking more and can finally stand straight, pain has eased dramatically. He has taken the time to explain the condition and steps needed to ensure full recovery. Not just professional but also super friendly, down to earth, no awkward silences here! Honestly would 100% recommend Cariad Health and Hadley- James to anyone that is suffering! I have been experiencing pain down the back of my neck/back of my shoulders which so far after 4 sessions with Hadley-James he appears to have sorted that out. The pain was quite bad when trying to turn my neck which I thought was a trapped nerve but it was not.
So far I can highly recommend Cariad health my pain has gone and now my shoulders and neck have more flexibility again and not the neck of a 60 year old man which is twice my age.
I have personally learnt a lot on this journey and how bad my posture had become without realising.
With these sorts of things you won't necessarily be fixed after a session or 2. So bare with it.
I also like the availability of appointments and that it is quite easy to get in after my usual work day hours.

I went to see Hadley at the Hereford branch after I suffered a back muscle injury which kept me off work for a week. From start to finish Hadley was very friendly, had excellent communication, and provided professional knowledge and skills needed to help me with my back issue. Would not hesitate to contact him again if needed. The treatment he gave me made an instant impact to my pain/mobility issues. Could not recommend enough.

Went here in a lot of pain in my upper back and neck. Straight away Hadley found the cause of the pain and helped me out. Also what a top bloke he is. I couldn’t recommend him anymore. Top bloke and very good at what he does and very well priced. Thanks again

Hadley was fully booked today but he still managed to make time to treat me. After a short chat he quickly started to work out why I had so much pain in my right hip. Within a few minutes he worked out what the issue was and explained it all very clearly to me. How incredible - he was able to use a portable ultra sound machine to look in detail at the affected area and confirm his original diagnosis. Thank you so much for treating me today.

Angeline has been providing Deep Tissue massage following back and leg issues over 6 months and I will continue with regular sessions as muscle maintenance is now just as important as the recovery, definitely recommend her services to keep muscle flexibility/quality as I get older.

I went to see Will as I was suffering with chronic back pain. Had to walk using a crutch, menial tasks were impossible and I certainly couldn't work. After just 2 weeks I was back to almost normal and able to return to work. Top bloke, really knows his stuff, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone suffering.
