Recently had root canal procedure and crown fitted. Receptionist was very professional, supportive and friendly. Procedure carried out by Eddie. Again, very professional clearly explained my options, procedure and costs forming my personal treatment plan. Eddie and his very supportive assistant made my procedure as painless as practically possible. My outcome was very positive, pain free. Thank you to all staff for a pleasant experience.
After struggling to find a dentist in the area for a year since moving here, I managed to find Townend and within least than a week of enquiring and sending the form to register, I received a call to make my appointment and was in less than 24 hours later.
I usually hate the dentist but the reception staff, nurse and dentist were all friendly and welcoming and put me at ease.
I was seen on time and I’m super happy with the service I received. I’m booked in for my next appointment and I already know I won’t be so nervous next time.
