Feeling let down! Been going here for over 30 years without any issues until lately. Had my last appointment cancelled on me at the last minute and today I had issues paying for fuel due to google pay been down resulting in been 5 minutes late after driving over from cullingworth with 2 young children and was turned away which seems odd as i usually have to wait 20 minutes when i turn up on time. I did try to call the practice to make them aware but was unable to get through to anyone.
This was the 1st visit to see this new dentist, he knew I had problems visiting the dentist and with my recent mobility issues he made sure I was comfortable, explained what treatment I needed . He even helped my wife to get out of the treatment chair.
He was really freindly and put me at ease .
I hope he's going to be staying as our dentist for good.
Saw a new dentist today very friendly and efficient had time to discuss my issues and listened. I didn't have a long wait. I was happy with treatment and advise i received. I am a long-term customer at this practise, and I have seen many changes.i would recommend the practise everyone working there is helpful and friendly .
