My daughter recently needed four healthy teeth removed under sedation as part of her orthodontic treatment for braces and understandably was quite nervous about it. Andrea was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her calm, reassuring manner instantly put my daughter at ease, and the way she spoke to her so warmly making conversation friendly and positive really helped her feel less anxious.
It was clear that Andrea is extremely experienced and truly knows what she’s doing, which made us feel completely safe and in the best hands throughout the whole process. Her gentle, compassionate approach made a daunting procedure so much easier for my daughter.

I have been going to this dental clinic for a few years now because I live nearby and it is the most convenient option for me. However, I have consistently felt that the cleanings are rushed. Each tooth-cleaning appointment lasts only about 3–5 minutes for both the upper and lower arches, even though a proper cleaning is usually expected to take closer to 30 minutes.
At my most recent appointment, Dr. Azim finished the cleaning in about 3 minutes. Only a few teeth were touched with the cleaning tool, and the buccal areas were skipped entirely. In my opinion, this was not due to lack of need but rather a lack of thoroughness. My parents see two other dentists at the same clinic, and their experiences have been very similar.
I have gum disease and significant bone loss, and I genuinely believe that more careful, dedicated cleanings over the years could have made a positive difference in my situation, as well as for other patients. Instead, the entire visit from start to finish often feels rushed, sometimes around 7 minutes.
Another ongoing issue is communication. It is often difficult to get through on the phone, and you are lucky if someone at reception answers.
I am sharing this in the hope that the clinic will take these concerns seriously and improve the quality and consistency of care provided.
