I wouldn't know about their service because I have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks with no luck at getting anyone to actually make it. I do their pre registration and no one has called me back. I call them and they take my information and yet doesnt help me to schedule it instead they tell me they will call me back and once again no one has. Horrible customer service.
ETA: don't be fooled by their flowery replies after you leave a bad review. I emailed them through the email they provided and STILL got no reply after 3 weeks and re-submitted a form on their website and got nowhere, go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

Es una experiencia agotadora, esperar más de 30 minutos en la línea para citas médicas, te dan opción también para que te devuelvan la llamada y cuando lo hacen y respondo automáticamente cortan la llamada, es casi imposible comunicarse con el centro médico y eso me frustra. Tener que pedir permiso en mi trabajo para ir personalmente allá porque es una misión que te respondan las llamadas. Tendré que llamar a mi seguro médico y que me cambien a otro centro de salud.

Today I visited Careresource and I was only here with my brother but I also registered today because everyone was so welcoming and nice and I decided to go get tested today and I met ms.Winnie today she such a nice person and very patient kind hearted person and we had a small conversation today and thought something I need led t hear and she was there with her opening arms today she’s a lovely person❤️ I will be back again

Sandra (PCA) was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and considerate. She went above & beyond to ensure my mother was catered to. She carefully handled her after seeing how much pain she was in. Thank you Sandra! My Doctor is Ben Hersh and man he is a really amazing doctor who actually understands and listens to his patients. Before care resource I went to a medical office that was subject to being judgemental and lack of care. Care resource has not been like that to me at all, I got a lot of help here and although soon I will be moving to Broward I will happily drive to Miami so I can keep my primary doctor. And the RNs and medical assistants are just amazing.

good luck . for take appointments you need to stay many hours at the phone and many time they close your call. if you decide to have aption to receive the call back , good luck again they never call you back. you have to go there in oerson for take appointment
