I have a phobia of Dr's and Clinics and its been years since I have seen one . I mustered up the courage to go to Care Resource and was blow away by the kind caring staff watching deal with needy customers keeping that human touch aspect .I went out my way to leave this review because it really made me feel good about going and did not just feel like a number .Great Jobs Fellows at Care Resource keep it up .

I want to take a moment to recognize Marianela, the dental hygienist at Care Resource, for providing me with an absolutely outstanding experience!
From the moment my appointment began, Marianela was polite, kind, patient, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain the procedures and made sure I understood what she was doing every step of the way. Her warm and caring personality immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Marianela performed a thorough high-velocity ultrasonic cleaning, carefully removing buildup and leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. She then polished my teeth and flossed, paying close attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people she serves.
When I finished, I walked out feeling so good and confident about my smile! My teeth felt exceptionally clean, smooth, and refreshed. What made the experience even better was receiving lots of compliments on my smile afterward!
Marianela is an excellent example of what compassionate, professional dental care should look like. Her knowledge, gentle approach, communication, and attention to detail made a tremendous difference in my experience.

This might be the worst doctors office in Florida. They will treat you like a number in their system instead of a person. Need to talk to someone? Too bad. Their phone number takes you to a call center who will relay a message to the office. You will likely never get a response. They will have you schedule and take tests without giving you proper instructions to prepare. When the results arrive, they won’t call you or talk to you about them and what they mean. Need a prescription refill? Good luck. You can submit that through their online portal and just never get a response from your assigned physician. No matter how many times you submit it. On holidays there’s a an on call person who answers the phone and tells you to call back when they’re open. If the physician repeatedly ignores your requests and doesn’t respond you might want to file a complaint: too bad. The center manager will not call you back or respond to your messages. The bottom line, this place is a cattle call. A factory. They don’t care about you. They just want your insurance company’s money. Go anywhere else. Shame on you care resource.

I have been a member of care resource for 30+ years. They've helped me with a out of control viral load and addiction as well as being homeless... The staff have a lot of patience and compassion for their work and members of the community. Miami and Broward locations are state of the art while being affordable to us. The Dr's are also helpful and empowering clients to help themselves... I have only one Dr that I'll go to thank you care resource for being a huge help in my life you made me able to function and live...
Lunes, 10 de agosto de 2026. Tenía una cita de laboratorio a las8:46 a.m. Llegué puntual y a las9:50 a.m., después de esperar más de una hora, nadie me había atendido ni me dio una explicación. Tuve que irme sin poder realizarme mis análisis. Lamentablemente, no es la primera vez. Cada vez que vengo ocurre lo mismo. Los profesionales de la salud tienen la responsabilidad de respetar el tiempo de sus pacientes y mantener una atención organizada y puntual. Los pacientes también trabajamos, pedimos permisos y organizamos nuestro día para asistir a una cita que esperamos sea respetada. Después de vivir esta situación repetidamente, es difícil confiar en la organización de esta clínica. Espero de verdad que la administración reflexione y tome medidas para ofrecer la atención, el respeto y la puntualidad que todos los pacientes merecen.
August 10th, 2026. I had a lab appointment scheduled for 8:46 a.m. I arrived on time, and by 9:50 a.m., after waiting for over an hour, no one had called me or given me any explanation. I eventually had to leave without having my lab work done. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Every time I come to this clinic, it is the same issue. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to respect their patients’ time. Punctuality, organization, and professionalism are fundamental values in healthcare, because patients depend on timely care and trust the people responsible for it. Patients have jobs and responsibilities, too. We arrange our schedules, take time off, and show up on time expecting the same respect in return. When a clinic continually fails to respect scheduled appointments and offers little to no communication, it damages trust. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time.
