I had a great experience at this dental office! Erica, the office manager, is incredibly helpful, kind, and always makes you feel welcome. The entire staff is caring, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. The doctor is very patient, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about their patients. You can tell everyone here works together to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that is both professional and compassionate!
All the doctors are excellent at what they do, but the front-desk staff—especially Erica, who said she was the manager—provide terrible service. She takes advantage of elderly people in the way she speaks to them; I care for seniors and see how badly she talks to them, and she did the same with my mother. I am never going back to that place.
Wonderful experience! I came in as a same day urgent appt. I lost a filling then my tooth broke off at the gum. I didn't have pain then my insurance lapsed. About a month later insurance is reinstated my tooth starts hurting on a Friday night. By Sunday my jaw is swollen. Monday, the swelling was huge and traveling. I called Care Dental Ctr in Hartford and they were so accommodating and got me right in. After getting xrays and Dr. Patel examined me (great bedside manner) he wanted me to go to Hartford Hospital for i.v. antibiotics and to see their oral surgeon resident. I was blown away that it was this serious and that a Hospital had a Dental residency program. Dr. Patel was so reassuring and gave me a referral he wrote instructions on for the hospital. My daughter drove me to the hospital (1 mile up the road). We walked in, I gave the hospital the referral from Dr. Patel, I was given a hospital i.d. bracelet, and then it wasn't 5 minutes and I was called back. I was triaged, xrayed, prepped for oral surgery. I.v. was placed and toradol started for pain and clyndimycin was started for abx. In walks the general surgeon and she explained everything. I was so nervous! She numbed me and did an I&D. I didn't feel a thing except the first pinch of the shots to numb me. My daughter held my hand and rubbed my arm through the whole thing. She sent me home with oral abx and today (the very next day) I am doing well! Swelling had decreased by half and my pain is minimal to be relieved by advil or Tylenol. I can't recommend Dr. Patel and his staff enough at Care Dental Ctr. They truly care and they look out for their patients health, anxiety, and well being. I am 60 years old and we are from California. It's difficult to find healthcare/dentalcare in a new state especially trying to get established while experiencing an urgent problem. Don't hesitate to call them if you are looking for a new Dental office, you will not be disappointed.

Definitely have some dental apprehension for like the last 20 years this was legitimately the best dental visit I ever had that means a lot considering that I was in excruciating pain from 1 to 10 I was at 50 Dr Patel literally worked so fast was so considerate and made my visit painless
