Exceptional vans with outstanding service We recently purchased a second hand Stallion caravan privately and we reached out to Paul at Caravan Trading Centre for him and his team to go over the van and service it for us as it was in need of some repairs. Considering we didn’t purchase through him directly, the level of service, care and communication was exceptional which shows how passionate and dedicated they are to their brand and business. From Tassie, bought our caravan about 2 and a half years ago - Stallion Mustang, 21 footer from Caravan Trading Centre in Melbourne. Have loved every minute of it, from Paul's exceptional service during the purchase of it, to prompt and efficient delivery to Tassie and of course, travelling around 20K kms (so far!!) across Australia. We received excellent service prior to purchase, and the same excellent service after purchase. A small crack appeared on our bench top, and we are three hours away from their Production factory. They booked us in and said, rather than keep the van for a couple of days they would complete the job in one day to save us doing 2 trips.
