Capital Painting LLC Reviews

Capital Painting did an excellent job cleaning and painting my garage door, removing rust inside and out, prepping and painting my garage side door and also painting my interior and exterior front doors. Their pricing was very, very reasonable. I have already recommended them to another potential client. I hope to use their powerwashing services in the near future. Thank you again for the wonderful work!

Alex was the one person throughout this entire condominium project—during a period when I was deeply impacted by the work—who consistently communicated with me every day and genuinely took responsibility for getting things done. More importantly, Alex was willing to confront situations where other parties showed little interest in performing their responsibilities ethically, professionally, or responsibly. He advocated for me, followed through on his commitments, and, most importantly, delivered results. In a difficult and frustrating project, Alex distinguished himself through his communication, accountability, professionalism, and determination to see the job through to completion. Capital Services has a tremendous asset in Alex. His dedication to the customer and his willingness to take ownership when others would not made an enormous difference in my experience.

This company has done an absolutely amazing job. They exceeded my expectations and their work is truly genius. It’s a family-owned business where you can feel the spirit and know you’re in good hands. I highly recommend them.

While the services were satisfactory, it was the lack of communications and follow-thru that failed the test. In my opinion, there are two components to every project involving a contractor -- preparation/coordination and service performance. My wife and I lost count of the number of times Capital Painting committed to coming to the house and failed to show, which forced us to cancel/reschedule other events. Equally, Capital Painting committed to working on a repair involving a re-caulk on our lanai and that never materialized. Capital Painting does have a service of value; however, it lacks the skill to communicate and coordinate with the homeowner forcing delays as well as creating failed expectations. The end result is that now the homeowner will finish the job that Capital Painting failed to do. I do not recommend Capital Painting until it develops a communication skill set coupled with a desire to honor commitments.

I highly recommend them! Fairly priced, super friendly, did a great job, and veteran owned! They showed up when they said they would, and called to let me know they were on the way. I appreciated the good communication as it is not found everywhere. We will be using them again when we are ready to paint more rooms. Thank you very much!

I am very pleased with the quality of work done by Capital Painting in my home. They arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the job until completion, which was done in the time frame they proposed. When a problem arose while removing some wallpaper, they gave me the options for addressing it and their costs were reasonable. They were great to work with, flexible when I asked for a change and provided recommendations when asked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality painting with a reasonable price.

Capital Painting called me back almost immediately , came on time to give me the estimate and showed up when promised to do the job. The painter did an amazing job on our wooden stairway rail. He was very careful, polite, and took his time. We are very happy with the results.
