I highly recommend Capital City Plumbing! From the initial communication right through to completion of the heat pump installation, they kept me constantly updated and were extremely professional throughout. They took the time to answer all my questions and, importantly, used proper scaffolding to safely access the height, which gave me great peace of mind knowing the installation was being done safely and securely. Capital Plumbing Feedback Found their website very professional and easy to make a booking. Called on a Thursday and a booking was made for Friday @ 13:30-14:00. Early on Friday morning Capital informed me the plumber is delayed and will now arrive at 15:00. Not having heard from them again by 15:15 I called for an update. Apologies were made and a new time of 16:00 was given. A plumber, associated to Capital, arrived at 16:30 and did acoustic rod detection which indicated the leak to be in the backyard close to the wall of the house. It being quite late and getting dark no repair work was possible. I was informed that Capital does not work over weekends (which I did not know) and that they could only come on Monday. This was unacceptable because of the meter running at full tilt and shutting off the main valve would mean no water for 5 days in a row. I said I would get another plumber. I called a plumbing company Saturday morning that worked weekends and they arrived within the hour, found a wet patch a long distance from the spot indicated by Capital and located outside the backyard wall where the leak was located and clamped. Unfortunately I had to pay a premium for work done after normal working hours. I do understand that leak detection is not perfect to the cm but I assumed it would not have an error more than say 1-2m. I did however find the substitute plumbers to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Capital City Plumbing don't Deliver Stay clear. They over promise and under deliver and you will not get hold of them once they disappoint. Only have a cellphone number which they will not answer. So relieved we didn't do business.
