I am very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and courtesy of the staff employed by this company. They responded immediately when I inquired through Google about a gutter repair and replacement. As someone who has worked with contractors for more than two decades and has extensive experience with home flipping, roofing projects, repairs, and property improvements, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what true quality and professionalism should look like. Unfortunately, since the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve seen the industry decline. Prices have gone up, reliability has gone down, and it has become far too common for contractors not to return calls, show up late, misdiagnose issues, overpromise, or give vague estimates. With my background, I recognize these patterns immediately, and it takes a lot for me to offer a positive review.
Working with Edgar was the complete opposite of what has become the norm. He made the process straightforward and professional from start to finish. His communication was consistent, he arrived when he said he would, and he provided accurate assessments rather than guesses. His pricing was fair, his workmanship was solid, and he approached the job with a level of integrity that is rare today.
Because I hold contractors to such a high standard, I rarely leave reviews. The fact that I’m writing one now, especially as someone whose Google contributions have over 12 million views, should give you full confidence. If you need roofing work and want someone reliable, honest, and skilled, Edgar and his company are an excellent choice. My experience with them was outstanding, and I would hire them again without hesitation.
